I have ordered from this place a couple of times just this past week! Everything has been amazing. I'm a vegan chef and I can be picky. But if I could give this place 6 stars I would. Even with delivery the food arrived fresh and amazing.
This is a no frills establishment, but if you're in the mood for a good bite, Variable has a solid vegetarian menu with tasty items across the board. I really liked the pho, as well as the coconut "shrimp". Highly recommend. Waitstaff were also very friendly.

I'm not a vegan or vegetarian and what I ate today was AMAZING! Drunk Cauliflower - light batter that didn't hold the cooking oil and not drenched in sauce- just enough to give it the right amount of flavor and the cauliflower were so meaty! A meal in itself!!
