I'm not a vegan or vegetarian and what I ate today was AMAZING! Drunk Cauliflower - light batter that didn't hold the cooking oil and not drenched in sauce- just enough to give it the right amount of flavor and the cauliflower were so meaty! A meal in itself!! Next was the Indian tikka masala. Flavorful land for me a little too spicy- but otherwise than that, full of deliciousness. Jasmine rice cooked to perfection and presented in the shape of a heart . Naan also yummy! Everything tasted home made ( I cook ) and the presentation was delightful . Cant wait to go back and try more. As I was leaving the dining room( very, very clean )& was filling up with hungry diners. Service is great too- very pleasant experience.

I have ordered from this place a couple of times just this past week! Everything has been amazing. I'm a vegan chef and I can be picky. But if I could give this place 6 stars I would. Even with delivery the food arrived fresh and amazing.

This is a no frills establishment, but if you're in the mood for a good bite, Variable has a solid vegetarian menu with tasty items across the board. I really liked the pho, as well as the coconut "shrimp". Highly recommend. Waitstaff were also very friendly.

Omg the FOOD WAS SO GOOD but the prices had me screaming maybe I'm a brokie but it was delicious I definitely recommend!!! I got the pho which tasted good but didn't really stand out, but this one salad I think it was Caesar salad was delicious it had the best croutons and it was so bomb. The matcha was so nice and hot so good.

I'm not surprised they have almost 5 full stars. I am so happy I found them on Yelp !! I look at the menu and I'm torn between so many good options, but landed on the Caesar salad with added chicken. Ordered their chocolate smoothie and we got the pho. The best hardiest fulfilling, Caesar salad, and I know they sound boring sometimes, but this one was so good. And if you're not a solid person, the chicken is worth getting. They just did it right it taste exactly what you would want and expect from a vegan chicken texture flavor crispiness with moist. I was impressed with my chocolate smoothie love the granola on top . My kiddo loved the pho! We eat everything and left no trace . Last but certainly not least, customer service was a 10/10!! She was super helpful, super friendly and super fast! I'd come back every weekend if I lived closer. Thanks!!

I’m not a fan of quinoa but the korean bulgogi marinated “meat” adds flavors and being complimented with many small healthy sides like kimchi with probiotics - yum! The pho was gigantic, I asked for couple of lime wedges and it was a bomb!!! One of the best vegan restaurants in the area around Venice! Cute interior and friendly staff, we live in San Francisco but definitely will come when in the area!Dietary restrictions: Vegan
