“this was my grandfather's favorite place for 40 years. grandma is British so thought the "chips" were really French fries! The family are scattered around the US, but always stop at Wendy's when they are in town. Can recommend this cafe if you are in the area.”

Very nice to frequent specifically in the summer but honestly I e had it while it’s raining and it’s just as amazing. 10/10 don’t want to recommend because lines will get longer when I go, but I’ll wait. Do frequent. Especially if you’ve never had it. You’ll be hooked.”

“We ordered first from the happy hour menu, then the bar menu. Everything delicious! Margarita was one of the best I’ve had - no filler juices!

Scallops perfectly cooked. Seafood sausage was a little non-descript in flavor and would have benefited being accompanied by steak knives. The French fries done in bacon fat were amazing. Brussels sprout preparation was a refreshing and delicious change from what’s offered at most restaurants / shredded and tossed in Caesar flavored dressing, topped with bread crumb / cheese crust.

And the Tuesday special - the chicken pot pie! Run don’t walk. Perfectly seasoned and lots of great chicken flavor. And the pastry crust topping / thin and crispy tender. Just exceptional! (From someone who makes her own — maybe I’ll stop making it when I can order such a good one!)”

“Good portions for the price
I ordered the 2 meat plate which came with 2 sides and a drink. It came to about 30 after tax and it was worth it.

The beef link was spicy and delicious, the amount of brisket I got was surprisingly large and the corn was amazing.

The staff were extremely kind and I would definitely come back again.”

“Friendly, family-owned neighborhood delight. Everything from the gelato to the cannoli to the tiramisu is authentic and delicious. They now have food items, so you can go there for lunch or dinner, or as always it's a fantastic place to stop after dinner downtown (or any other time, as my daughter correctly insists) so save a bit of room for dessert.

I didn't see my favorite coffee flavored gelato in the display freezer last time, so I asked about it and found out they keep other flavors in the back freezer, so if you don't see what you want, just ask.”

Let me explain. The whiz / provolone is melted into the meat. If you ask for extra cheese, it will not look any different. Just eat the sandwich and see how you feel

This is a genuine Philly cheesesteak. Slightly heavy-handed on the whiz, but I was very randomly and pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had that taste since 8 years of leaving Pennsylvania”

“I loved the service and the food. The atmosphere is nice too. We were seated near the band as requested by my friends and it was a little hard to hear them speaking. The band was excellent and over all we had a beautiful time. I suggest that if you decide to go there check the online menu first. I had the salmon and it was heavenly along with the chocolate cake and nice and cheesy Au graten potatoes. You absolutely will not be disappointed when you go trust me.”

“Such a Phenomenal Spot!! The atmosphere is amazing; the whole concept with the beer/wine is brilliant and well-executed. The food is delicious and has a wide variety of choices on the menu (perfect for everyone). Very reasonable pricing (very inexpensive especially for the quality). Literally everything you could want or think of is here -- there's even board/card games. Events are hosted! Wish it was closer to me because we would come every weekend! 10/10 RECOMMEND!”

“I've been to several Marmalades and the food is usually predictable. We requested a booth and we able to get seated right away. Their patio is very nice and I think I will ask for that the next time I visit. The only negative issue we have is the fact cleanliness of their ladies restroom. The trash can was full needed emptying. The floor was dirty and one of the stalls didn't have liners for the toilet seat. I was surprised to see this especially for Marmalade's. I d report this the gal at the front.”

“I was recently here celebrating my birthday. My experience was utterly amazing. Firstly, the food is amazing. Secondly, the drinks are amazing. Lastly, the location and atmosphere is fantastic. Our server Travis was top notch. He made delicious drinks that were absolutely beautiful. Travis was also super professional and his personality was fun and inviting. The steak breakfast burrito was delicious. All the ingredients are super fresh and tastes authentic and clean. I wish I was there now. I love this place and highly recommended you try it. “Lovely bakery on Main Street. The baguettes and the focaccia are my favorites. The bagels are really good and sliced bread is good too. The sandwiches are excellent and very reasonably priced. Very thankful to have this gem of a place that’s so convenient when I am in town. They also do special advance orders. Bring cash if you want to tip.”

“We dined on a hamburger sans cheese and the New garlic chicken club sandwich. The hamburger is simular to In-and-Out hamburger. Fresh, tasty with just the right amount of condiments, lettuce and tomato. French fries are first class. Hot and not overcooked. The new garlic chicken sandwich with the parmesan sour dough bread was really special. The chicken was moist and tasty. Highly recommend trying it before is disappears from the menu.”

Bar Nine was the first coffee I’ve ever prepared at home. Now when I make it out to el segundo I get a mocha with there original bon bon and a cinnamon roll it’s amazing!”

“The Baseline: For a fast serve yogurt place, the frozen yogurt must be of good quality, the toppings must be varied and fresh, and the service must be efficient.

Food: Pinkberry as a chain has a good, consistent soft serve frozen yogurt. They have a good variety of flavors and the toppings are fresh and quality. The serving sizes are good and priced accordingly.

Service: The night we went we had great service and it was fast/efficient. The portion size served was really good.

Ambiance: This is a standard Pinkberry set up and the inside was clean and well kept. The outside area is well lit at night and felt to be a safe environment.”

“I had a great experience here. I called once we landed to see if we would be able to check in early, and they said yes. My husband was so sick from the plane ride, so we were grateful for that. The room we were given wasn’t cleaned, but the front desk immediately found us one that was ready. I love the waiting area set up, and there was a cute large connect 4 game. I enjoyed a drink a bar, the bartender was very sweet. The floors are confusing, so be sure to ask the staff what floor your room is on. Parking was simple, it’s designated just for the hotel. You can pay hourly or do all day. There is a shuttle to the airport I think. We rented a vehicle though. You are walking distance from a pharmacy and a few restaurants. “We are from the UK and love going to canes when in the USA. The chicken is always so tender and hot the coating is lovely and crunchy, the texas toast is melt in the mouth yummy, the canes sauce is creamy with a little spice kick, and the slaw is fresh and crunchy.”

“Phanny's is a Southbay Go To, it's been around since the early 90's and has some of the Best Breakfast Burrito's anywhere, Today we're trying the new location in El Segundo, and they look Delicious!!!”

While not exactly a plate lunch as it's not traditionally in the styrofoam it closely represents zippys with higher quality when compared to fare back home. U gotta navigate yourself here since it's in a food hall in a corporate park but free parking helps. Everything is reasonably priced and they have a wide selection especially with their garlic chicken and Portuguese sausage which is hard to find at most places. Solid place that I don't mind returning to just wish they had more locations in oc but I get it.”
