“Great place for cocktails in El Segundo. A lot of classic tiki drinks plus some twist. The purple passion and Vic's grog was my favorite. The atmosphere is a tiki bar with island vibes and music. The staff was super nice and very informative of recommendation of the drinks. There's also two billiard tables for entertainment besides the sports TVs.“

“I loved the service and the food. The atmosphere is nice too. We were seated near the band as requested by my friends and it was a little hard to hear them speaking. The band was excellent and over all we had a beautiful time. I suggest that if you decide to go there check the online menu first. I had the salmon and it was heavenly along with the chocolate cake and nice and cheesy Au graten potatoes. You absolutely will not be disappointed when you go trust me.“

“It’s in the Hampton Inn just south of LAX. As of March 2026 they are open from 4 PM to 11 PM daily. There’s a happy hour from 4 PM to 6 PM which gets you $2 or $3 off food and drinks. It’s on the pricey side, but this is in an airport hotel, and restaurants in airport hotels are normally not cheap.“

“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“

“Flora has incredible talent on Thursdays and Fridays for live music . The food is delicious and the cocktails are really well crafted ! Top quality ! The atmosphere is cool and the big fire place makes it super chic and cozy . Perfect for parties w large groups and dates! I love it !“

If it wasn't for Isaac, I probably wouldn't have felt confident ordering the aguachile. He assured me it was worth trying, and he wasn't exaggerating, it was everything I could have asked for. (With more shrimp than agua & chile combined) As someone who loves lime, this dish exceeded all of my expectations.
I came in alone on a Sunday evening just looking to satisfy my appetite, but I left feeling like I had experienced much more than a great meal. Isaac made me feel at home, even bringing extra spices so my Hispanic side would be fully satisfied.
My Spanish (and even my English 😅) isn't always the best, but Isaac is perfectly bilingual and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for.
Thank you to the Brixton management for building such a welcoming team. These days, it's about more than just good food. “We had a really satisfying meal at Chungdam 828, and while the food did take quite a while to come out, every dish tasted so good that it was definitely worth the wait. Our server, Danielle, was super friendly and provided excellent service. We ordered 쭈대새 (beef intestine), 지코바 치킨 (grilled spicy chicken), 차돌박이 떡볶이 (beef brisket tteokbokki), and 닭똥집 튀김 (fried chicken gizzards), plus extra udon, ramen, and rice to round it all out. Everything paired perfectly with our Sapporo pitcher, and we especially loved that the venue is pet-friendly on Sundays. It was a fantastic bar that we'd highly recommend.“

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! Love the new additions to the menu, particularly the Mini Steak French Dips. The Chicken Parmesan was excellent with the twist of those ‘pepper-like sweet’ tomatoes. “Had a private dinner and party here and the best time! The owner and operators were so helpful and pleasant to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special event. Wonderful sound system, lots of space to dance and plenty of space to sit! The bathrooms were clean and the drinks were strong! Ingo's Tasty Diner is Great place to meet up with friends. Quiet without getting silent and the food is amazing. The drinks menu was extensive. Portions were good and I didn't feel like going into a food coma after leaving. Try their Brussel sprouts, it's delicious! Get ready to spend some $$$, as this place is pretty pricey but worth the price in my opinion. There is no parking, expect the metered parking on Wilshire.“

Everything is made fresh - there's not only Korean fare like bulgogi and beef sushi rolls but tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, and much more. I especially like their bulgogi wrap. Drinks were also pretty good from the specialty cocktail menu. My only complaint is that after our table reservation was up, the hostess who was assisting up and had placed my card on file for the table/drinks/food etc. never followed up with me to close it out after our table time was up; I had to seek her out afterwards.“

“This place really has its own atmosphere. The overall vibe is great, the alcohol selection is solid, and the bartenders are friendly and welcoming. What I liked most is that the place feels relaxed and comfortable. It does not have that aggressive energy some bars have, and it definitely does not feel like the kind of place where people are looking for trouble. The atmosphere inside feels warm and friendly.

The main downside for me was the music. It would be much better if the DJ played something that matched the actual mood of the place. When there are only two or three tables occupied, the music is still blasting as if the place is packed and everyone is waiting for a huge drop. That feels a bit out of sync with the otherwise chill and enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, it is a nice place with a lot going for it, but the music choice and volume could really make the experience much better.“

“As crazy as our Birthday party was, in the bar, our server, Jose, was awesome. There were 2 or 3 other large gatherings at the Marriott hotel, where Singer is, adjacent to the lobby. However, we felt completely cared for. I ordered the classic burger...I am a burger aficionado... It was awesome! I could say that I am ashamed of all the parmesan fries I ate, but nope, not sorry. They were awesome, as well. I don't know if it's a good or bad reality that this place is only a couple miles from my home because...Oh who am I kidding? The cocktails are excellent- thoughtful, creative, and made with care (not just thrown together like you find at so many places). Our bartender treated that drink like a piece of art!

It's very much a locals' bar, and that's what makes it special. You can actually have a conversation without shouting over the music, and the staff makes you feel right at home. It's the kind of place you want to keep coming back to.

It’s usually not crowded during most of the day (gets crowded late at night). Awesome lounge (again).“
