“I cannot say enough of the five star service Ernesto provided. We were waiting for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was 10 mins late, then 15 mins late. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to inquire but he was not helpful at all. Just said he will be there. I expressed my concern that we had an international flight to catch. I was so frustrated by this front desk man's customer service I told my husband we should call an Uber. Meanwhile we already paid for the hotel shuttle. Ernesto overheard my frustration. Called the bus to find out it wouldn't be coming there was an issue. He refunded us for our shuttle we paid for and also paid for our Uber. It was Four Seasons customer service, over and beyond exceeded our expectations! You should be so lucky to have a person like Ernesto. The other gentleman needs to go back to learning customer service skills and hospitality! Go Ernesto!“

“I have been enjoying meals at Okane Umi since 2016. They have always been excellent in every category of service. The restaurant has had its share of ups and downs but I am happy with how strongly Okane Umi has powered up its menu and added some wonderfully flavorful genuine Japanese dishes. Im pleased they have reinforced their sushi, sashimi, chirashi offerings - I love this restaurant.“

“Food is scrumptious! From the skydeck, the smell from the restaurant downstairs is absolutely tantalizing. The service is amazing, they can bring you food and drinks to the rooftop Jacuzzi. Everyone is so kind and helpful, with phenomenal attitudes.

“Simply Outstanding!

From the minute you walk up the steps, you're greeted with friendly faces. The dining area is beautiful, especially for a romantic evening. The bar is fabulous with an amazing selection of fine beverages.

Moving onto the food, the squid starter is exquisite and just melts in your mouth. The Cioppino was to die for. I think I cried a little at how astonishing it tasted. The service was terrific, with very friendly staff.

The views of the harbour were dazzling, especially with the evening breeze coming through the slightly opened windows.

This restaurant deserves every bit of praise I read about it. It was so good, my wife and I went back the following evening to do it all again.

I'm running out of words to describe Baleen Kitchen - phenomenal and exceptional indeed.

“I've been here before with colleagues but tonight was our first date night with my wife as a married couple. The friend who knew my colleague came to personally welcome us which made my wife feel special. The ambiance is always nice and private along with the menu which changes from time to time which makes for an amazing dining experience to try new menu items. Food was delicious and came out on time. I do not have any complaints and we will be coming back in the near future“

“FURAIBO GARDENA: I discovered just before to move to Cabo. I went everyday ( memorial WE) after this first visit. Food is divine, chicken wings are not to compare with the usual chicken wings, it is a delicacy. The first day we had an unbelievable friendly and attentive waitress, she knew all our nephews and nieces for 25 years. An exceptional person with rare qualities. I recommend this restaurant and as soon I have to be in LA I will. of course go every day I am in LA. Bravo for the chef, the people, the ambiance. I miss it every day.“

Katsu curry rice is very good here (katsu pork was prepared perfectly and curry flavorful) as well as their gyudon (beef over rice). Service as fast, friendly and attentive and the dining area was very clean. Value for the meal is excellent especially for West LA! Cannot recommend enough!“

“This place may not look like much from the outside, but it's a little gem! The sashimi was fresh and well portioned, served on a bed of shiso leaves and diakon. The curry was delicious and appetizing and the agedashi tofu was tasty. The presentation of every dish was beautiful. It was all to a high Japanese standard.

They have several delicious vegetarian items which are marked clearly on the menu.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. If I lived close to this establishment I'd be a regular!

I was disappointed because of some kid’s nostopping screaming, i think the restaurant manager should have kindly said something to the kid’s parents because it s very annoying for the other guests.

“Kai is an amazing chef. The food is flavorful and everything that you need. He has an a lovely variety of selections. The environment is inviting and positive. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. The music is just what you need to enjoy a day or night out with your friends, colleagues, family, etc. I'm definitely coming back!!“
