I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the carbonara at LEAST once a day since I ate here. Spicy, creamy, flavorful, delicious. Katie was our server and she was so friendly and helpful. The setting is a bit odd because the floor is gravel/sand, but the food is so good that I simply didn’t care. One of the best pasta restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Had the Gem Caesar salad, Spicy Pomodoro, sweet corn agnolotti, and the banana pudding tiramisu. Everything was truly phenomenal.
