Omgg, I had the catfish dinner with French fries & Sock It To Me cake, it was the best food I've had in a while. The French fries & fish are seasoned very good, the fish is fried nice & crispy, it's not soggy at all. The cake was extremely moist and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, they treat you like family and doesn't mind suggesting things to try on the menu
I like the fact that they have salmon & collard greens. Not many places have those combinations of food. I've been there twice and fried or grilled, the salmon & collard greens is my healthy choice. Although the directions had me turn a block before the location, which is on the next corner. But other than that...I never make it out the parking lot without tearing into my bag of goodies. Collins is A Staple in Our community

Grabbed a 12pc Red Snapper Fish plus Shrimp Family Pack AND a 5pc Catfish plate TOGO. I live out of town and when crave good simple fried fish, this is where I always come. Crispy, not mushy, not super salty, that Crystal Louisiana style Hot Sauce to bring the flavor out. Delicious!
