“Booked a 7:15 reservation. There were (4) of us. We were all late driving from different parts of town on a Friday evening after work. Called in to say we were running late. The staff was kind, understanding and kept our table. Our waitress was super nice, friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious. We even got a sample drink from the bartender requesting that we rate it. It was tasty. The music (live DJ) was good, the atmosphere was nice and we had a great time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“It was such a lovely venture out for my Mom’s birthday, on Friday. Alex and Dominique (management) are quite lovely, and helped make our dining experience all the more, a joy! Love the new additions to the menu, particularly the Mini Steak French Dips. The Chicken Parmesan was excellent with the twist of those ‘pepper-like sweet’ tomatoes. If there is ever something you want to bring back to the menu I would highly suggest the sliders, they were missed for sure lol! Looking forward to dining again here, soon. Cheers! ✨💖🥂“

“Such a lovely and cozy spot at 1 West Hotel! We didn’t have a reservation and went on a Sunday night, but we were able to get seated easily.

The drinks were great, and we tried the waffle fries, chicken skewers, sweet potato bake, and shrimp fritters. Everything was good!

It’s a great spot to hang out with a group of friends. They have lots of large tables and more of an open-table seating style, which makes it feel very social and relaxed. Definitely a nice place for a casual night out with friends!“

“Great food and would have been a wonderful dining experience. However, our initial experience upon arrival was not very welcoming. The hostess explained that we coukd be seated and served only in the bar area at one of the hi tables or the bar itself as we did not have reservations. We of course said, great no problem. Upon sitting at a hi table a server approached saying that we couldn't sit there without the hostess' approval, at which time we explained that she had done so. He refused to let it go, continued to argue with us about server assignments etc. Then he just walked away to go discuss with the hostess, who in turn came to explain weird situation and tell us that it was fine to remain at this table. The rude server continued to display attitude and disdain throughout our meal. Our main server Peter (?) Was actually very professional and attentive.“

“Stopped by Chungdam in Koreatown recently. It's definitely more of a bar and lounge, but honestly the food here is really solid across the board and I feel like people sleep on it. The beef jeon was one of my favorites, especially with the scallion salad on the side. The spicy fire chicken with cheese was another standout with plenty of heat and went perfectly with drinks. We also tried the kimchi pasta, rolled omelette, kimchi jeon, and grilled pork belly, and everything was good. We kept it classic with beer and soju, but they also have a full bar and plenty of cocktails. The atmosphere is pretty chill too. I've been here before for a Dodgers game and it's actually a great spot to grab some food, have a few drinks, and catch a game. Overall, a solid K-Town spot for food and drinks. Don't sleep on the food here because it's actually really good.“

I regret that the breakfast menu does not last through lunch time on Sundays, as it is a perfect brunch spot and I was disappointed that the excellent breakfast menu was no longer avaiable at 11:30AM, when we arrived. The spot seems undiscovered by local Hoollywood types, but that will change now that I have discovered the spot.“

Very queer friendly spot with diverse patrons. Delightfully free of the type of people you’d see at Bacari or 4100 Bar. Highly recommend to dimensional, chill locals.“

We only had to wait 20-25 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday night. The service was great, as it didn't take too long for the waitress to notice us and get our drinks order. Ingo's Tasty Diner is Great place to meet up with friends. Quiet without getting silent and the food is amazing. The drinks menu was extensive. Portions were good and I didn't feel like going into a food coma after leaving. Try their Brussel sprouts, it's delicious! Get ready to spend some $$$, as this place is pretty pricey but worth the price in my opinion. There is no parking, expect the metered parking on Wilshire.“

“Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been to Sunset Social Club a few times now and every single visit has been great. Amazing selection, always fresh, staff is genuinely friendly and you can just tell they actually care.
But the space is what really gets me. The lounge is absolutely stunning, so many different environments, beautiful art everywhere and a little hidden gem that I think everyone needs to discover for themselves.
Also don’t sleep on the food. And the latte? One of the best I’ve had in LA. I’m serious.“

We ordered the prime rib, broccoli and French onion soup. For the price, I would rate the steak 8.5/10. The service and ambiance of the restaurant was great. “The stay here was perfect, staff were really friendly, specially at the breakfast area, the food there was delicious, the parking is close and convenient (not free), the shuttle to Universal was free and comes by 15 minutes exactly and drops you off at Universal city walk, the drivers are the best, the gift shop was also very convenient and nice, it has everything we needed and the bar offers basic Starbucks drinks, elevators were fast, the only weird thing that happened was that the room across from us smelled like weed and when we complained they came immediately and said that they can’t do anything but to “tell the guests staying across from us that it’s not allowed if we ever see them in the hall” which we would never do, that’s not our job. This hotel was also very close to Warner Brothers tour“

“Exquisite cocktails, beers, service, and clientele.!! But the real stars of the show are Nami, Gio, and Kel! The incredible staff behind the bar, who took care of me and my friend all night. I’ve always loved KTown and just moved to the area after a few years living elsewhere in LA. Last night was my first night at Normandie Bar and I’m so grateful to live a few blocks away for at least the next year. Lou the bouncer was a gem of human too. I can’t wait to be back. The pina colada is a standout, as I believe they sous vide the rum in angel’s food cake or something of the sort. Incredible selection of spirits from whiskey, tequila, mezcal, and more. I can go on and on. 10/10. Highly recommend this place!“
