Great place. Good lighting, friendly staff, clean and still has an intimate vibe while it large inside. I met my husband here so I'm a little partial I must admit. Also it's near shake shack so you can get a great burger after some drinks.
Old school since 1905. We stopped by for a few drinks before heading over to the Orpheum theatre. They offer a deal with a PBR with a shot of whiskey or tequila, which is always my combo choice at a dive bar. They were playing some great classic rock music and the dark interior and friendly vibes were inviting.

Dropped in here while we were prepping to perform at Torture Garden and alt fashion event focused on leather and latex. Met an interesting fellow that kind of kicked out collective night off quite well. Place was a cool little bar with nice staff and vibey ambiance. Would recommend(Though I don't drink liqour)
