Stumbled in here after an amazing dinner nearby wanting one last drink. Dimly lit bar with good atmosphere. Maybe 6 or 7 people in there on a Monday night. Sat at the bar and there was no menu. Tell the bartender what kind of cocktail you like, or if you're not sure tell them your flavors and taste you want and they will make it.

Blue Collar is a classic bar with an old school atmosphere, featuring numerous photographs of actors and actresses. The staff is friendly and creates unique mixology cocktails like manhattans, espresso martinis, cucumber mint drinks, and even mocktails based on customers' preferences, as there is no set menu. The bartenders are incredible, knowledgeable, and kind, making it a chill little spot with Death & Co and EO vibes. Although they don’t serve snacks, Blue Collar offers a unique experience of surprise and delight in their drinks, including fun exotic mixes like the scotch smores drink. Nearby, there’s a speakeasy called Cold Shoulder, which can be accessed after finishing drinks at Blue Collar. It’s dive bar enough to feel welcome yet classy enough for a nice night out.
