“Went to an event where they served us this food. The food came in a Lil box with a chicken wrap, bag of chips, one of the best chocolate chip cookies ever and a side of ranch. Everything was delicious and the wrap was so good and fresh. I definitely want to try the rest of the food in their menu. The chocolate chip cookie was bomb!“

“We visited this place just to check it out as they're opening a location on PCH and have never been before even though we frequent Slice'n'Pint down the street.

We had a patty melt, fries, onion rings & a tuna melt. After being charged, I went to leave a tip and the cashier said something I couldn't catch. Then I realize she was saying there were two separate tip jars: one for service and one for the cook. Thought it was a bit odd but sure, so, I split tip into both.

My wife didn't like her tuna melt, as it apparently was missing the melt part. My patty melt was decent: nothing to write home about. Between the fries and the onion rings, I think fries were the better choice. The onions rings needed more seasoning.

It's a decent counter burger but nothing that stands out. Just feels like one of those places where you can grab food- nothing to really excite you about coming back. The staff is very friendly and I can see how this is a solid joint for a neighborhood.“

“Shayne was every bit of amazing! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time, so I pay close attention to customer service, and Shayne truly stood out.

Her greeting to every single guest was personable, warm, and consistent. She made everyone feel welcomed, and I was so impressed that I actually had to tell her face-to-face what an amazing job she was doing. Luckily, I was also able to speak with her manager and give them kudos for hiring such a wonderful person.

The experience all around was truly 10/10. Shayne is a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. I’ll definitely be back!“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

Authentic and delicious Oaxacan food/drink (you literally cannot go wrong with anything on the menu) and the most wonderful and warm staff you’ll find in all of West LA. One of the true gems in our community.“

“Open Market catered a wedding reception I was coordinating in October, and they were wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the bride's favorites, and they were great. The food is delicious, and I'm working on getting my husband over there soon. They couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible during the planning, and they were straight pros at the reception. As a planner, I love caterers that are easy to work with and easy for my couple's to work with, and it was a great experience for everyone.

“I love this place and come constantly. The food and service are fabulous. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is so beautiful. I really wanted to give five stars, but I just wish the owner would fix the A/C. I feel really bad that the staff have to work in such hot temperatures in the summer, especially the gentleman working the grill. Please fix it for them and I'll be happy to leave another 5-star review :)“

“Cute, fun, and immediately won me over because they use Dune Coffee beans, aka one of my favorite coffee spots from Santa Barbara!

The matcha was incredible and my friend LOVED her strawberry matcha because the milk tasted infused with freeze-dried strawberries which really leveled up the strawberry flavor! Super unique and really tasty. Will definitely be back!“

“I was looking for a bagel spot because my normal spot was closed. The shop is small but it was easy to order early morning (7am) on a weekday.

There are several pastry options - I got the Sourdough bagel with a yummy salmon cream cheese!

“Went in for a casual brunch on a Friday and it was packed with people! The lady at the front was lovely and the servers were nice as well. The food was very good and we enjoyed the sandwiches we ordered! The one downside was there were just a lot of flies everywhere constantly landing on our food. Hard to control with doors opening all the time but certainly impacted the experience. Would definitely try it out again!“

“Talk about a literal hole in the wall! Came in this morning for a much-needed pick me up. Found out by the young man who made my drinks that this place has been open coming up on the fourth year. So crazy, I live up the road, work down the road and drive on Pico all the time that I have never noticed them until last week. Walking in this place is your typical Los Angeles hipster coffee shop. Perfect for what this neighborhood has seemed to be changing into the past few years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood.
Customer service was all right. Not necessarily friendly, I walked in and it took a minute for someone to acknowledge me. Now maybe to their credit it’s because I was awkwardly standing by the pick up area but still nonetheless a hello good morning welcome would have been nice. Two drinks cost me $15. Like I said, LA. But for the credit, they were both very good. I’ll be back for breakfast and more drinks so an updated review is to come. But for now, I recommend them for a a good cup of joe in the neighborhood.“

I have to say. if you’re looking for a real Brazilian superfood açaí experience, you’re going to love this place. It’s one of the best açaí bowls I’ve had outside of Brazil. Ordered it from home on their app as I head out for work yesterday, get there, head straight to the counter, it's not there. All good, I'm only 5 mins away, I see it's already packed in here this early in the AM, so it's just not ready yet. I sit to wait... tick, tick, tick, time goes past, commute out there's getting worse, time to clock in's getting closer, where's my coffee? One of the baristas calls me up to the counter and she's like: What'd you get? I tell her and she says I don't have a ticket for that. I tell her, No I ordered it on the app. I go to look, and Dang, still unpaid in my cart. Line at the counter's long so I reorder on the app right there on the spot, go sit back down. Tick, tick, tick... tick, tick, tick... Girl calls me back up to the counter: I still don't see your order... No, you saw me order it. Pull it up on my app and Fuuu, I ordered it for Hill St in DTLA, this is Slauson. I look up and she says: Don't worry about it, you don't have to drive all the way over there, I gotchu. I dropped $5 bucks in their glass tip jar on my way out. Ain't no way Starbux up the road would've done that. I wish I'd gotten her name, but if you're reading this, you have no idea how much you made my morning yesterday. Thank youuu! And that OBL was so good.“
