California native that transplanted to Wichita Kansas and I will say without a doubt, FANTASTIC CAFE will always have the best breakfast burritos by far and the best food under one roof by far!! And the for the price you just can't beat!
Haven't failed me yet. Food breakfast nor lunch. I usually call ahead and come pick up, but sometimes I'll sit in for lunch. Casual diner with good quality diner food. This is one of those spots that does it well though. Not many places maintain their systems of quality checks when running establishments like this, but this one definitely does. First time here after being recomended for the best breakfast burrito. Id say the flavor is on average. Not the best. But will be coming to try out other plates that looked apetizing.
