Hilltop Coffee on Slauson was a nice place to sit and have coffee and breakfast with a friend. We stayed 2 hours and didn't feel rushed at all. The coffee was good. It has a nice vibe. I will return and try the food.
Love this cafe. This may be a big ask, but can someone switch the doors to where when you’re leaving the cafe with hecka cups…the doors push open instead of needing to pull? Just saying

Chorizo Croissant was served cold unfortunately, flavor was nice but hard to enjoy it in it's a solid cold form state.The vanilla lattes syrup was a bit too sweet for my liking. Definitely will come here again though to give a proper 2nd chance as the ambiance and aesthetic are really comfortable and welcoming.
