“I’m a regular Starbucks Customer and I order matcha almost every day, so I can really tell the difference in the color, flavor,and concentration from day to day.
I’d especially like to recognize Jocelyn. I visited this location on August 19at 9:09AM, and they made my matcha absolutely perfect. It was rich, smooth, flavorful , and perfectly concentrated exactly the way I like it.
As a regular customer,I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail they put into making my drink. You can tell that they take pride in what they do.

“I’ve been to Starbucks many times and am also a Gold Card member, but this location stood out. The barista was very polite and friendly. I ordered both food and a drink, and my food came out first. When my drink was ready a little later, the barista kindly thanked me for waiting. It was a small gesture, but I really appreciated the thoughtful and courteous service. Since I work in customer service, I understand how meaningful small gestures can be. This simple coffee experience made me feel appreciated and confident that I’ll come back again.“
