“I love stopping by here on my morning commute :) The food/drinks are arguably better quality than at other starbucks/ coffee shops I've ventured to. Working a high stress job as a barista near LAX is no simple feat. (They have to be there at like 4 am)! The employees make everything effortless and fun while being efficient and genuinely kind. Petition to give everyone at this Starbucks a pay raise! 🙏🏽“
“Shoutout to Leahla at this Starbucks for always bringing great energy and amazing customer service. She always greets me by name, is super kind, and genuinely makes the experience feel welcoming every time I come in. I feel like all the employees make an effort to remember your name and even your go to drinks. Just today I was saying my order and they remembered what i wanted before I even finished my sentence LOL. I mean think about it we have so much to think about on a daily basis and to still remember my drink order is pretty impressive.
I come here all the time to work on my business, and this Starbucks has become one of my favorite spots because of the atmosphere. The environment is always positive, the staff is friendly, and it’s a great place to lock in, get work done, and feel encouraged throughout the day. There has not been one time being here where i couldn't focus and get my work done. I highly recommend!“
“Normally a great location but as a warning to others- today's barista thinks a topping goes on the bottom and told me to write that I want my topping on the top in the app and refused to admit she made an error with the cinnamon powder.“
“Went into Starbucks to grab some coffee beans and a drink, and Mikey was awesome. He helped me pick out the best beans – super knowledgeable and made it easy to choose. While we were chatting, he made my coffee, and before I even realized it, it was ready. Friendly, smooth, and just a really nice experience overall. Appreciate it, Mikey!“
“On my way to my volunteer shift at the, USO at LAX, I stopped here at 6:30. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with up beat greetings. It was a nice way to start the day. Customer service 10! Of course the coffee and breakfast sandwiche were a good start, too! Will definitely be back.“
