“My favorite cafe in the area. Lots of lighting but no glare thanks to the North facing floor to ceiling windows. I really like the big conference table coupled with comfortable seating. The Wi-Fi is always working and the bathrooms are always clean.
The staff here are also professional and very courteous. Their manager Erandi does a good job running an efficient program and making regulars for welcomed. Blanca is also great and so are the other employees whose names I'm forgetting right now.
There is plenty of parking available and it's right next to Trader Joe's and the mall, so I can get a lot done in one stop. The interior feels spacious and the customers are respectful. There's also plenty of outdoor seating. But I just really like the big conference table most of all as I can't stand cafes with uncomfortable or awkward seating.“
“Young Hispanic guy that helped us was awesome! but his co-workers were a little loud and obnoxious yelling from behind the counter to other coworker in market about their personal life issues while the dude was making all drinks he even had to ask her to move out of his way while he's working and she was just yelling n doing nothing. So the 5 stars go to the young dude that was working today around 3pm. Thanks for my double iced shaken espresso with breve , sfvanilla and venti java chip It was perfect!“

“I like this place alot !!! I can say that everybody works hard and is deserving of respect like any place else.
I Love their energy. Respectfulness, kindness, smiles. I know that every time I come along with other customers; they make a habit of knowing and learning your names.
This is very personable and it makes me feel like home. I know that may sound a little bit corny, but the atmosphere is genuinely nice.
I've seen them handle rude customers with professionalism and kindness. It's a safe place. You know that you're looked after when rude people are there because the employees and the manager do not escalated anything when trying to remove them from the place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The police frequent there also to get coffee. So that's a main reason for me to feel safe because the frequent visits. I like that!!!!
It's a safe place to hang out. But be respectful when you get there and at least buy something instead of just sitting.
Because unfortunately corporate does make frequent visits (I was told by an employee) and they said to the employees that they have to address the people who are not buying anything or to leave. Otherwise they will get written up. 😞
It's not their fault. It's corporate. I've seen them come in and heard them tell their employees this.
So don't respond negatively, just get something. 😊👍🏼
It's best to come in my opinion after 2: 00pm because most of the morning people have gone and it's usually people coming in and out picking up coffee. Maybe some school children, but the parking is a little bit better on the days that I have came at those times.
It may be different when you get there but when I arrived it's maybe a few parking spaces available.
Overall, this is my spot because of the frequent police visits and the way the employees handle themselves when they have to confront rude people. I feel safe. I feel seen and I feel comfortable. For me, this is the spot !!!!!!!!
