“May 30 2023 This Starbucks location in Culver City is the best! Servers are always super friendly, it's spacious with indoor & outdoor seating, as well as plenty of parking! Lemon Loaf is always my dessert of choice, love it...taking a bite as I type, love the icing! Haha! There's even have a cute sign that says "A Place Where Kindness Is Crafted By The Heart!" “Young Hispanic guy that helped us was awesome! but his co-workers were a little loud and obnoxious yelling from behind the counter to other coworker in market about their personal life issues while the dude was making all drinks he even had to ask her to move out of his way while he's working and she was just yelling n doing nothing. So the 5 stars go to the young dude that was working today around 3pm. Thanks for my double iced shaken espresso with breve , sfvanilla and venti java chip It was perfect!“

“Shout out to GEO and Jordan! After years and years of having the same coffee drink, i now found my new favorite! Story: I am NOT a coffee lover or expert by all means. I only go to Starbucks about once or twice a month and get the same vanilla ice latte a "small" because i don't know Starbucks size terms. But this morning was different, i wanted to try the hype of pumpkin season at Starbucks. Issue is, i didn't know WHAT exactly but thought I would ask the Starbucks cashier for her recommendation. I was nervous to ask as I knew I didn't want to be that person. The place was fairly empty and there was no line, I thought this was my chance. Geo, listened attentively as I tried to explain that I wanted to try the viral pumpkin drink. Just to find out, there is more than one! Jordan, overheard our conversation and said I was probably asking for drink #1. I asked if possible I can get a sample and they were quick to say yes and excited to hear my review. While I waited for my sample, Geo was helping another customer. Drink #1 I thought it was good but I realized I only like the foam on top, so I talked to Geo again and told her what I liked and disliked about the drink.That's when she recommended "Ice Pumpkin Chai" - turns out I like a more sweeter drink. And oh my gosh! It was amazing! I finish the drink in 35 minutes! Which is rare for me as I don't even finish my small vanilla iced latte! So again, thanks, GEO and JORDAN for the awesome recommendations, and great customer service!“
“Been to this location many times, love the atmosphere here. Always friendly service, lots of parking outside which is rare in such a busy area, so much to walk to that’s near by as well, shopping and food. Will definitely return, and highly recommend, very clean, indoor and outdoor seating. Absolutely love the staff at this location, and also if you’re ever looking for rare cups, I can almost always find them here. I’ve also st inside and outside before“

She not only helped the guest ahead of me find the right way to order her drink when she wasn’t sure how to customize it to what she wanted, but I also watched her interact with no fewer than 5 guests EXCELLENTLY while she was making drinks and serving faster than I’ve ever seen a barista serve - laughing with them, connecting with them, truly making their day all while pouring and blending. Seriously an all-star - Target, you’ve got a hospitality AND efficiency hero on your hands!“

“Not sure what happened to all their reviews. I've come here when in the area for years. It's a well-laid out shop which, pre-pandemic, had good seating inside. More recently, there's a thriving outdoor area where people play chess and chat. With the more recent ban on outdoor seating, well, there's always to-go. People have been respectful of keeping their distance, and it's well-marked where to stand. Of course, everyone is wearing a mask. And, I believe, they also have the Plexiglas-glass barriers between staff and customers. It's a typically run SBs, meaning you may order ahead and pick up. The parking lot can be a bit challenging, but there's heavy turnover with the different shops in the strip mall. The only thing I might add is that Starbuck's Chocolate Chip Cookie has undergone many changes over the years. Sometimes I've liked them, sometimes loved them, and sometimes haven't really cared for them. It's usually a question of does it taste super artificially flavored, or is there just the right dash of salt. But, the last time I had a SB CCC, it was here a couple months ago. And, I didn't like it. The cookie in its current iteration is way too sweet. There is nothing to counter that barrage of tooth tingling sugariness. So, I will need to sit those out for awhile. Either way, anything there now means to-go.“
