“I typically would not comment on every Starbucks I go to, but this one is different. From the street, it looks like any Starbucks. Inside however, it is very large with a huge work area for staff, stool and table seating and a lounge area with comfortable chairs and tables. From the street it is deceptive how large a Starbucks this is - with outside seating in the front as well. The parking lot is ok - shared with a restaurant, which makes me think that lunchtime would be very crowded.Pay attention to where you park in the lot. I was trapped briefly when someone backed their car into a handicapped space (without the required plaquard). I was unable to get my car out until they left. If they had not come out when they did, I would have complained...If I go to this location again, I will not park in that area of the lot again.Parking: If you park in the street, pay attention to day/time restrictions and meters on Los Feliz Blvd.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always kid friendly.“
“I recently visited Starbucks and ordered two delicious Frappuccinos along with an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. The Frappuccinos were a perfect blend of creamy goodness and just the right amount of sweetness. They provided a refreshing and energizing start to my day. The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich was a pleasant surprise; it tasted just like a traditional sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, but with a meatless patty that was both flavorful and satisfying. The combination of the savory patty, fluffy egg, and cheese in between a warm bun made for a great breakfast option. The service was prompt, and the ambiance was cozy, making my Starbucks experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning for more!“
“We pulled into this Starbucks right off the freeway as an emergency bathroom stop! The provided parking was amazing. And very easy to access. The guy working was super friendly and gave us the bathroom code right away. I had preordered a drink and it was ready when we arrived. After using the restroom the kids all wanted a treat and they thankfully had everything in stock even though we were there later in the day. This store was clean and pretty mellow. Would 10/10 recommend this location.“
“Honestly, this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing and everyone is friendly, which I love so much. Please share with the team how amazing they all are and to keep up the good work. They make people happy in the morning, especially on Monday mornings when we all hate to start the week. Seeing how happy they are changes everything!“
“Absolutely love it. I haven't bought anything from there but I love the fact that even though they're not in the greatest neighborhood they still keep their Starbucks essence. outlets and even a restroomDoesnt make me feel like a criminal for having to use the restroom.I locked my bike outside and no one even stole my phone mount. 10 stars to you, starbucks“
“Starbucks is cool In this area. Although I am not a big fan of coffee I will say that a Caramel Frappe does the job for me! The staff was great! There is a Mc Donald's, Burger King, Ono Hawaiian and even a Chipotle all walking distance! Thanks “
“I just left this Starbucks and I was having trouble with my mobile app. The staff did not hesitate to help me out with it. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure my visit went well. And the drink was DELICIOUS!! I did not get their names, but wanted them to get their recognition.“
“One of the best Starbucks I've ever visited. Friendly, efficient and proactive. Asked if I wanted food before I got to register so it was ready by the time I paid. Didn't have dark roast brewed and instead of giving me a pike place, they gave me reimbursement for the coffee and I got a fresh brew.“
“A solid Starbucks, just know that it’s a fair walk from the street to get to this spot because it’s in the middle of the park.I ordered a nitro cold brew with light sweet cream. It was delicious and smooth with a great hint of sweetness.Solid spot with, good customer service and I’d definitely come back here again for other menu items.“
“I've been to this Starbucks location many times now and like every Starbucks I've ever been to, it was great! It's clean and organized, the staff are friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and patient. We sat outside on the patio area that overlooks Sunset Boulevard and enjoyed a relaxing morning with great coffee and friends. #gratitude. Thank you, Starbucks. Always a winner.Parking: There is a free parking lot right behind the Starbucks. Parking is difficult in LA, and free parking is extremely rare, so it's a very nice bonus to not have parking stress.“
“So first, allow me to say that I don't drink the foo foo concoctions, just coffee, latte, or a flat white, so I'm not reviewing them. The coffee at all Starbucks locations is consistently mediocre; not great, not awful. The latte is good, the flat white, my favorite, is terrific, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The train station is right across the street, so it's super convenient when I'm on the go. Not much in the way of ambiance; they've removed all of the seating so it's just grab and go. Starbucks is where I go for a caffeine fix, but if I have time, there are a few other options a bit further away that I prefer, where I can sit and relax with a really good cup of joe, latte, or for an extra special treat, the flat white.“
“Everyone knows Starbucks is Starbucks but the staff here are just impeccable and so fantastic! They are always welcoming, always smiling, always leaving you in a better mood than when you walked in. They are the stars of this Starbucks location.“
“Great Starbucks Location this is my go to location whenever I need my coffee fix. I have been coming here for a while now and I love the staff they're very friendly I also love the people who come here there are some regulars who I've met and they are awesome. I love all the different Starbucks locations but whenever I'm here for some reason they put me in a great mood and they never mess up my drink. This is my go to spot I will for sure get my coffee from here every chance that I get.“
“Starbucks is really good I wouldn't say it's the best for you and everything but it's a great morning stop I love their matcha even though they are out of matcha right now there is other amazing stuff on the menu and Oreo cakepop is #1“
“i am here about twice a week since i live upstairs and never have coffee sprouts to make beans to grind into juice... these guys are considerate to homeless to a point. they'll give them water, but wont let them stink up the place.. maybe its cooperate policy? anyway, its a nice balance between human compassion and snooty coffee bros. oh yeah, the coffee tastes like sbux. if you haven't been to one yet, can you send me the address to the rock you've been living under?“
“I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It is conveniently located in the Beverly Glen Center, which has a lot of other shops and services. The store is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they make great drinks and food. I especially like their seasonal beverages, such as the pumpkin spice latte and the peppermint mocha. They also have a good selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks. The prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. I usually order online and pick up my order without any hassle. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee, relax, or work. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone who loves coffee and a good atmosphere.“
“Love this location! I was really hot after the hurricane and a lot of people have been ordering drinks, but I got my delicious drink within a reasonable time of ordering in person. However, I do agree with the comments saying that mobile orders are a priority, as I saw an insane amount of drinks/food in the mobile order pickup section (pictured) on a Monday at 1:30pm. Not a lot of people study there because of a lack of seats, its more of a grab and go situation. If you go to USC and need quick service, go to this starbucks.“
“A solid downtown LA Starbucks but I noticed a lot of items here are sold out which shows it’s popularity.I just ordered a nitro cold brew with a splash of heavy cream and two egg bites. Overall it was a great snack & the location is pretty big. A spot to pull your laptop out and have a great cup of joe.I’d definitely come back here again and I used their pick up option. It saves a lot of time and it’s smooth.“
“Joe the barista was so nice and provided us excellent service. He gave us recommendations on places in the neighborhood to explore. The other barista on bar was also very kind, but we didn't get his name. The atmosphere in this Starbucks is really great and good for studying. Will definitely come here more!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space to maneuver and sit at tables.“
“I've been here a couple of times in the past, but the most recent visit warrants a 4-star review. Pretty sure I was here on New Years Day, I first came in to purchase a gift card. After wandering over from Trader Joe's, I figured I needed something for myself so I was back within 15 minutes or so. While waiting, I took a look at a ton of the pet photos they had on the wall, which was enjoyable! I actually saw someone I knew, and mentioned it to him the next time I saw him, and he was so happy to know his dog-and him-were right within view. Service here was also friendly, and I had two different people for both transactions that I did that day. I look forward to returning sooner than later!“
“The nice thing about this branch is the service... fastIt does not take a few minutes and your order will be readyI tried black oppression before and it was betterIn the past, I used to take my order from a girl who worked in the branchThe coffee was excellent ??But now I have changed and I didn’t like it, to be honest. I started taking itAliato, a spicy latteI don't know what caused the change?!The type of coffee used may change.Ordering and payment service is also available through the applicationThen all you have to do is go to the branch and take your orderdirectly“
“I love the hot lattes, even when I'm conscious about the Proposition 65 sign on every Starbucks in California. The blueberry scones and the pastries in general are delicious. This one is inside a market, so don't expect chairs or a good place to relax.“
“Wonderful service! Great tasting coffee! Yet limited seating.First time visiting this Starbucks. Was greeted with a friendly smile from Gricelda. There is a really nice mural. This location just needs more seating. Found it odd that with such a large dining area there were only five small tables.“
“I like this SB with a cool Hollywood vibe and art deco interior. You expect a celeb musician/movie star to walk in any minute.Barista guy from Atlanta is really great(forgot his name)and chill.Seating is comfy.Only negative but costs a big star is no electric for charging There is no drive thru.Recommended SB.“
“You know? I like the fact that this place actually has Dark Roast Coffee. Can't believe the number of other Starbucks that don't have it, or only give you a pour-over, which takes much longer, and it takes one person out of the cash registrar, and then holds up all the other customers. But not this place! Service is pretty quick. Lots of people inside, so it's a testament to how popular this place is. Honestly for a small space, it packs in a crowd but it doesn't feel cramped at all. Nice spot!Parking: Good luck! This is one of those walk-in Starbucks. Pretty much the entire corner where this is located is painted red, so no street parking.“
“I came here and bought a chocolate croissant. Ask for a big cup of ice water and they told me they could only give me a small one. Is this a new rule? :O Why? Gonna see what happens next time I go to a Sbux to get water and a snack. :P This is inside a Ralphs.“
“Stopped by to pick up a Frappe and Use the Restroom. ALEX attended me and I am extremely grateful for his proffesional attitude with me.. Im coming from Santa Barbara but anytime im near Hollywood Ill make sure to stop by this location. I want Alex to be recognized by Starbucks and his team !Parking: Free 30 minute Parking .. You will be towed .. But thats perfect stops people from Loitering.“
“My favourite Starbucks.Great coffee and drinks, always polite and friendly staff.Waiting time is minimum, I usually order ahead and my drink is ready when I arrive, most of the times before the estimate time.Clean space. There are 10-12 tables inside and out.“
“Standard Starbucks. Super hot good coffee. No complaints but as always pricey when in hotels. Hotel location was nice and convenient though.Parking: Location is only good if you stay in the hotel. Parking is expensive and does not make sense if not staying at the Marriott“
“I come here often, since it's the closed Starbucks to my office. Always great service, and wonderful people working here. I have to give a shout-out to Christopher today. This guy was manning the place all alone, but calm and with a smile. My order was 8 items, and there was at least 5 other people, but he was a rockstar with drinks and the food. He did get some help after about 20 minutes, but having worked as a barista myself, I know it can get wild when you get slammed. I hope he gets recognized for a great job, and a winning attitude. Cheers brother, and looking forward to coming back soon.“
“I loved it. Very nice place; clean and a beautiful smiling server. It’s close to many offices and the central LA public library. They must be having great business. The neighborhood has a gem of a service in its heart.I didn’t bother with parking because I was coming from the central library. I hope many of the patrons don’t mind about parking since they must be coming from office blocks with their own parking spaces.“
“I found it very helpful that this location opens early. I was in need of caffeine this morning and was able to get what I needed. Fast and friendly service and a nice scenery as well. This is in downtown Los Angeles and it is always a pleasure to bask in the beauty the great city holds. I highly recommend visiting this location.“
“I think this concept is really convenient for people like me, that works in Downtown and doesn't have the time to stop and order. I like how as I'm walking I go ahead and order, by the time I get there my drink is ready. Everyone working here has been really nice, and my orders have been perfectly made each time.“
“This Starbucks gets the job done and has a fast and efficient drive through. Inside the store there is seating and a conference room. The space feels a bit sparse compared to other locations but the staff is good and the drinks and pastries are consistent to the brand.“
“Street parking only. Expect long lines here. Staff are pretty good in moving the line along. Miguel was awesome! The place is clean and organized. They have a long dining table for big groups. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I love their bar seating area.“
“They were super busy. I ordered about 15 minutes ahead and expected my order to be ready once I arrived but it wasn't. I waited about 10 minutes and still nothing so I asked to cancel my order. The manager checked on it and it looked like someone else picked up my order. She offered to remake it right away even though they were totally backed up. Totally worth coming in for my morning caffeine. Thank you.“
“It's a Lowkey downstairs Starbucks. Any left or right tower will take you there. I noticed parking is free upstairs on street entrance. Just make sure you self park your own vehicle and do not get the valet service parking. The Valet says it's 10 minutes or you will pay but theres no proff, in reality, there's no sign telling you how much time you have to leave your vehicle parked, so you're free to roam and enjoy the public park. Or maybe have a meal and enjoy the restaurants or hit the barbershop or open a bank account, lol ? I do it once a week.“
“Don't even drink coffee lol-- But I love Starbucks for other drinks like their great tea, fruit, specialty, chocolate, and other beverages and for snacks and fun foods. And everyone always welcomes the Starbucks gift cards and items I give them, easy but valued giftgiving solutions. I love that I can always find a variety of coffees and teas as well as cards for every notable gifting occasion and that the recipients will actually appreciate and use them!“
“Nice Starbucks with lots of seating outdoors and a few tables indoors. I've been to this location a few times when I'm dropping friends off at lax and they've been consistently good. The baristas were friendly and made my drink quickly. I got my usual, dragonfruit mango lemonade which was great as usual. Also has ample 2hr parking it shares with other businesses. Only downside was the cleanliness of the restroom which wasn't great. I guess that's partly on the customers. Conveniently located, it's a great spot to grab a beverage before a flight.“
“It is exactly what i want it to be every time. In my hood that involves staff who are trans-ish and its nbd because again, the core product is consistently what-exactly what-i came for.Heads up on a VERYDOGPOSITIVE place with ( get one) PUP CUPS. really, as starbucks goes, this is a good one. This morning i mooched a scoop of cream from mauricios pup cup for my small dark w shot of espress and cream. I did.Parking: Its a busy plaza on a real busy corner with inadequate parking lot. Try to walk or bike.“
“This place has a cool vibe. They always are playing music to enjoy. I love the long table with the bar stools, which allows me to see everyone who comes in. I call it people watching lol. The food is good and fresh. The service is friendly and welcoming. Nice stop before my Pilates class in the morning when I have a little extra time“
“Molly was an absolute pleasure interacting with. Wonderful customer service and took care of all my needs with the upmost positive attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. I drive here each day even though there are many closer locations to my home.“
“It is busy around the holidays. As long as you're mentally prepared to wait, it's NBD - you'll get your yummy coffee. If you're impatient, don't bother going when it's busy cuz you'll ruin it for everyone else.“
“Hardworking, efficient, friendly staff. Too bad that Starbucks clearly decided to cut down the operating hours due to the workers organizing a union. I can’t get work done here late. I feel so conflicted going here to work because I want to support these folks but Starbucks has become truly synonymous with disgusting union busting.“
“The drinks are great as always, cant go wrong with getting a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and a Spinach Feta and Cheese wrap!!! Not that much parking as of today Feb 5 because of construction however one side is available to park in u just need a quarter for the meter.“
“I LOVE this Starbucks! Great service, clean seating areas, clean bathroom... Can be busy at times but usually they're REALLY quick with getting your order. Also, they're like the only walking Starbucks in the area now. Definitely recommend!Parking: They have a parking lot“
“Jose, mar and the other baristas that have been there for a while are wonderful people. I'm a regular there and even when the line is long they treat me so well. I'm super fond of this Starbucks especially how they handle the morning rush. And give my little pup Bruce a treat when he goes too. Any time a drink isn't right they also make sure to make me a new one without grunted or making me feel bad. No one I've ever encountered acts like they don't want to be there. I think if you treat someone with genuine kindness and respect they'll give that to you in return. This Starbucks is 10/10.“
“I came here at 4:50 AM this morning after doing a quick Google search of Starbucks in my local area. I was surprised to find that this one which is located in the Bristol Farms shopping plaza was open most days at 4:30 AM! Incredulous and desperately craving coffee I drove here salivating and anticipating a desperate caffeine fix this morning as I was up working on a project for my non profit. When I entered two employees greeted me with warm smiles which must not have been easy given the time that they were working . I too have had early shifts and I know how tough it can be to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when you're simply tired due to working odd hours . I applaud them..5 stars simply based on the service I received . Food wise everything was available at that time so I ordered a pistachio iced latte ( not as good as the seasonal toffee which was just taken off the menu ) but still satisfying nonetheless as well as the new cheddar chive potato bites priced around $5 and some change as well as the Bacon Gouda sandwich and Bacon Gruyère egg bites . My hands down favorite was the sandwich but the egg bites and potato bites were a really close second ! I loved the velvety fully texture of the egg bites as well as the richness that came from the Gruyère cheese . Eating the potato bites also felt like a decadent affair . I know I'm late to the party but Starbucks definitely knows what's up . I get their success finally as someone who has historically only patronized local family coffee shops instead of mega commercial chains .“
“Why am i being asked to give a tip of a minimum of $1 on a $5 order for an order I placed at the counter? And who is this tip going to? The person who took that order? The barista who made it? Starbucks itself? I have no idea. But I know it feels wrong.“
“The only small flaw is that the men's bathroom is out of order! Otherwise this is a nice place, the waitresses are quick and kind. I found the place clean and there were many empty seats. From what I could see this Starbucks location works a lot with the drive thru. The women's bathroom was spotless! The tables needed to be cleaned they were a bit sticky and had crumbs!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a large table reserved for wheelchairs and the bathroom also has one reserved for wheelchairs“
