“My wife and I visited yesterday, and the service was excellent. We also had the opportunity to speak with the staff about how they lost their 'Starbucks Reserve' title during the pandemic. We hope they restore the title soon and eventually open a location in our hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Thank you!“

“Cannot start my morning without stopping at this Starbucks on Maple Ave! The baristas actually remember my oat milk latte order and always throw in a smile. Drive thru moves quick even at 8am rush. Cozy inside too if you wanna sit and work. Genuinely my happy place.“

“Really nice crew. One of my friends was having an issue with her drink, and even though they were close to closing they helped her out. Give the employees a raise! Very clean cafe, spotless and well organized. Highly recommend and will be coming back.“

“Really enjoyed my visit here. I ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and a warmed chocolate croissant. The drink had a nice strong coffee flavor and the croissant was soft and warm inside. Everything came out quickly even though there were quite a few customers. Great experience overall.“

“Lavender Matcha latte is sooo sweet but so delicious. I only waited a couple minutes and it was ready! Refreshing on this super hot sweaty day. I'll be back to try the other matchas. I will say, I don't really taste much matcha so if you want a serious authentic matcha taste I'd try Pochos Cafe or SYNT Coffee.“

“Was in the mood for something simple and ordered an Americano with a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was hot and had a nice strong flavor without tasting burnt. My sandwich was warm and surprisingly filling too. Service moved quickly and everyone was polite. Really solid Starbucks location.“

“So first, allow me to say that I don't drink the foo foo concoctions, just coffee, latte, or a flat white, so I'm not reviewing them. The coffee at all Starbucks locations is consistently mediocre; not great, not awful. The latte is good, the flat white, my favorite, is terrific, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The train station is right across the street, so it's super convenient when I'm on the go. Not much in the way of ambiance; they've removed all of the seating so it's just grab and go. Starbucks is where I go for a caffeine fix, but if I have time, there are a few other options a bit further away that I prefer, where I can sit and relax with a really good cup of joe, latte, or for an extra special treat, the flat white.“

“Nice interior, unlike other Starbucks where you order for here and then they put the order in a to go bag to rush you out. I actually enjoyed the dine in experience. They put the drink in a glass and the food on a plate and server brought it put while I charged my phone. Lounge chairs were cozy. Theres also a few food trucks for a larger meal near by. 😋“

“I went to Starbucks on 6th and Grand.My friend and I had our coffees both as just simple medium roast but they put them both into ceramic mugs which in my opinion made a simple cup of coffee a lot more nice.We were told that that way,we could have refills.Small round tables inside the store and nice old fashioned music from the twenties made getting two simple cups of coffee a more enjoyable experience.Later in the afternoon,we both returned to that same Starbucks for more coffee and an enjoyable atmosphere with which to enjoy them.I look forward to going to this Starbucks because in my opinion,it is a nice place to go to gather and meet up with someone to have a cup of coffee or some coffee cakes.“

“Cute Starbucks near the train station on 7th and Flower, I think? I don’t take the train, but that’s probably why it gets so crowded. Service can be slow when it’s busy, which can be a bit frustrating since most folks are just passing through. I usually grab a sando here after my workout at La Fitness. Overall, a nice spot, but the service can be a bit sluggish.“

“I stopped by here after KCON and was so surprised to see that Starbucks was still open! It honestly made me so happy because I’m used to coffee shops closing pretty early.

I also have to say, what is the modern and stylish interior here. And I love that they now have a screen where you can track the status of your order. I think it's something new in California, this is amazing!“

“I love them. I go so much and have formed a bond with some of the workers. They are super nice and will happily fix your order if it is wrong. They always make my drink right, and are the best. This will always be my favorite Starbucks, no matter what.“

The barista got my drink order right on the first try after I had a bad experience earlier this week. Their Caramel Macchiato is still one of my favorites - it's rich and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. “The music here is top 40s all the time! I always meet so many cool people here. Even found new business opportunity by meeting people here. Also I tipped $1 with my coffee and was surprised when they walked my drink to my desk. I basically “earned” good customer service. Who knew a $1 tip feels good cause it comes back to you in good vibes in compassion and makes me feel human compassion! God is so good! Jesus loves you! “Nice Starbucks, visited twice on vacation, good service, asking for tips of course, which is the norm these days to provide me with my drink. Bought five sandwiches, similar to DD food, similar price, a small step up. I concur with the tip request, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's uncomfortable at best. All of you people reading agree with me. When you are not in the mood you say no, but most people probably concur like I did. The burger guy at MCD's deserves a tip just the same, no? moreso I say“

“I just started patronizing this store. Almost everything has been perfect. I avoid being here around 3 o’clock to avoid the crush of school children that come in., show no respect and are extremely loud. I usually sit at a Disability table if it’s available which I was recently, and some young girls came up and began to occupy the table to my left. One girl came up and stood between the tables which is not intended to be a standing area otherwise why did they bother to provide tables and seating? Anyway, what’s happening is the girls all caught up in giggling and laughing with her friends that were seated around the table and her posterior she leaned that onto my table and then she bent backwards to lean even more propping herself up with her elbow, and she didn’t realize it, but she was starting to drag my laptop off of the table because her rear end was popped onto the table and onto my charge cable that was there. Brought this to her attention, but she basically froze and not only that she made mocking facial expressions in the direction of her friends at that adjacent table like she thought it was hilarious that I was disturbed that she was about to pull my laptop onto the floor and possibly damage it. I didn’t try to summon staff because I didn’t wanna leave my laptop at risk for her, pulling it off the table and damaging it. So as I noticed that she’s mocking and rolling her eyes and would not give me any attention or acknowledge what I requested of her. I then decided that I needed to elevate my voice for some emphasis, and I did not shout, but my voice can be quite loud and it carries because I worked I used to work a career in a loud environment, but since she wasn’t responding at all, I simply said to her MOVE! That got the attention of the staff that they didn’t bother to come over to see what was up. I explained to the manager that finally came over and since he wasn’t able to control what was going on, I was forced to have to move from the disabled table and do you know my disability? I need to be able to stretch my legs out and this Disability table for me the best opportunity for that because otherwise I can start to experience pain, which I was trying to avoid. So I moved to the far corner of the restaurant and I was texting someone about the incident and then after I was all done back in the corner I came back to the counter and I asked to speak to the manager and I didn’t get the same gentleman that initially responded. I got someone else he was this person actually the store Manager, and he let me know that they have a code of conduct posted on the door and shouting it’s not allowed( even though the school kids can shout to the top of their lungs and no one calls them out for it). He also told me that they were going to create an incident report on what I had done. I guess I could chalk this up to inexperienced managers that don’t know how to think critically. So I avoid coming to the restaurant from around 3 o’clock when the school kids start to arrive.

Another reason, I decided to post this review as I wanted to mention that all of the staff have been extremely good and in particular I’d like to mention the assistant manager, Richard as really being exceptional towards the customer. Thank you, Richard, you always make me feel welcome welcome and valued as a customer.“

“I might officially be into Starbucks again! I previously went to a Starbucks in DTLA (now closed) almost 4x a week, and great a lunch item, a drink, and a matcha. It was great for the first two years, and then in year 3 something changed - the service was terrible, the wait was ridiculous (almost 20 mins) and the product…. Let’s just say the bottom of your drink was dark green / powder not blended and then offered to charge me to double blend so my drink was mixed properly lol. Needless to say I reduced my trip frequency to almost zero (you can make Matcha at home, and would buy a cup of the Starbs Oatmilk). Fast forward to now, and that location is closed so I decided to try another location… this one on 6th! First experience was terrible, some guy was pretty mean and snappy about me needing a straw and a cup of ice, (s/o to the person who overheard me and just did it anyway- I wish I grabbed your name!!!!) so took another Starbs break. Well… today I wanted a matcha, and tried again and MY DRINK!!!!! Oh my gosh- I have not had a Starbucks Matcha like this in LA in YEARS!!!! I literally had to call and ask who made my drink (her name tag says Gammi or Gamme- sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) and shout her out because she’s making me a Starbs enjoyer again!!!! Like she literally should be the official drink maker trainer or something because, WOW, I’m literally typing an essay for a drink hahahah. Also huge shout out to the amazing young lady on the phone who even helped me figure out who made my drink, and was so excited for her teammate. Her energy is absolutely wonderful, she was so kind and helpful and bubbly! Customer service = a 10! Drink craftsmanship = a 10!“

“This is my go-to Starbucks Monday to Friday and I love the team here. They know me by name and always greet me with such warmth and excitement. I recently got the newest Starbucks merchandise and I’m so happy with the selection they have here. Thank you Team Century City!!!“

“I give this a 5 star…earlier today I had coffee bean and it was bad the cake pop wasn’t good or the croissant, so I went to Starbucks and boy when I tell you it made my day! The croissant was nice and warm, grilled cheese was delicious and toasty, and the cake pop was very good. For the drink I got the lavender matcha and i definitely recommend it, it was amazing and the lavender was very nice and relaxing to drink after a long day. If you want somewhere to have a nice lunch I recommend Starbucks! (Also the customer service was spectacular.)“

“Rating this location for its service – have ordered here about 10 times this year and interactions with staff have always been very positive, helpful, sweet and friendly. “I stopped by this Starbucks on my way to the beach in LA yesterday evening, around 5 pm. The barista was super friendly and made me a perfect pour-over coffee just the way I like it. “I just left this establishment in Little Tokyo. And they gave my drink to a homeless person. Unfortunately they didn't give me a free drink for the inconvenience. This Starbucks sucks on all levels. “Very friendly employees not horribly crowded at 530 to 7am but you do have to put up with a completely unjustified security company in parking lot that will not let you enter parking lot until EXACTLY the second he feels like it which hurts the business by making customers park way down a hill walk up parking lot in dark on a hill then get your coffee for no reason“

“I love the hot lattes, even when I'm conscious about the Proposition 65 sign on every Starbucks in California. The blueberry scones and the pastries in general are delicious. This one is inside a market, so don't expect chairs or a good place to relax.“

“Had such an easy experience picking up my order here. My iced latte and banana bread were both ready and everything was prepared correctly. The banana bread was warmed up nicely and went really well with the coffee. The pickup area was clean and organized too. Couldn't ask for much more.“

The coffee is served and taste as you would expect at any Starbucks. The wait time for your coffee can be rather long considering its location.

There are no chairs to sit at at this location. The ambience is not anyway appealing. Service is okay. Just feels you're here to pick up a quick coffee and go.“

“As with many Starbucks, the service is very good and the baristas who work there seem helpful and quite friendly. There are not many places to sit inside, but there are a number of chairs & tables just outside where many people stop with their dogs and have a chat and refreshments. It's a popular spot.“

One fine morning, the fire alarm went off at 5am in our dorm and we had to go outside (☹️👎). We stood around for a quick minute but then we were like “yo what places are open right now” and guess what… STARBUCKS WAS OPEN YAASSS!!! I got a Frappuccino and a sandwich and it was 10/10 delish. Then I went soundly back to sleep and had a GREAT day all because of Starbucks. Keep it up y’all doing great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The usual Starbucks. This location is always busy, but what do you expect to find at the intersection of Fairfax, Pico, and Olympic. Parking can be a real challenge, and I've had to bypass it a number of times simply because there is no room to park.“

“I think it’s been a few months since they have remodeled the inside and possibly changed the staff. There’s so much frontier service and engagement. Their Americano is always consistent. They’ve introduced some desserts -cookie plus croissants in one. Super delicious. They have a cozy hightop in the left hand corner of the store. Makes for a great private seating :)“
