Starbucks in Glendale

“There was a woman here working who had been on the phone for over an hour continuously screaming and cursing at her phone, other people were working and many kids were at the tables nearby. After talking to the workers they handled the situation wonderfully, their manager came out and gave the lady a warning, after the lady continued to curse and displayed very aggressive behavior the worker kindly asked her to leave. The lady then left after this, I’m very grateful for how this Starbucks handled this.“

“First time visiting Starbucks Drive Thru @ Foothill Blvd former Burger King site (Rip 2016) closed for good. Awesome view, great atmosphere, service, friendly staff!! No issues at all. Perfect for customers and dogs sit outside. Customers and students sitting inside spend time chatting and studying and something else!! Excellent work for cleaning especially the floor. I’ve never use the restrooms before but I bet it’s clean with fresh scent. I feel satisfied. Rewards member us worth it obtain points on the app. I don’t visit it very often once a while. I’m craving for coffee. Very excitement.“

“I wanted to acknowledge the fantastic team at the Starbucks inside Vons.
When Jose is in charge, we are especially blessed. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and provides very friendly customer service.
Antonio, an African American employee, is also full of energy and knows what he's doing. He provides great customer service as well.
Two other employees—an Asian American person and a fourth person with eyeglasses, whose names I don't recall—are very polite, fast, and knowledgeable.
These four are the best, and I appreciate their hard work. Thank you.
This is an update about Starbucks at Glendale Vons. In a previous review, I couldn't remember the other employees' names. Yesterday I went and asked their names, and again, the service was smooth and friendly, Aiden was the cashier, a very humble person, and Conny was the one preparing our drinks; she is very sweet and a good listener. Great customer service always with Jose, Aiden, Conny, and Antonio“

“Very nice cozy place outdoor seating area and indoor great employees awesome customer service very kind individuals I've been coming to this Starbucks waiting for my boss to pick me up for the past two weeks maybe a couple of days or a few days out of each week and I was just sitting outside you know I had a 7-Eleven coffee and I told him that I'm just waiting for my boss they actually brought me complimentary coffee and a nice sandwich on the house..Marcie was the employee who did that kind thing which means a lot“

“This is a special one since its within the Walt Disney Imagineering campus! So awesome to have had to chance to go to this one. It's a little store full of the same great food and drinks you'd find at all the other Starbucks nationwide. However this Starbucks has one thing that no other Starbucks has and that's the heeps and heeps of Disney Magic!“

“Smaller Starbucks with limited seating indoors. There are tables outside. Service is faster if you order online for pickup. When ordering there sometimes service is slow. At times they make mistakes on your order. Negative they can be one homeless person at the outdoor tables in the morning around 11am. Music is a bit loud. Mostly people working on their computers indoors.“

“Today at your Starbucks I had a very unpleasant experience. One of your employees was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I paid $20 for my drink, then I found small change and asked him to return the $20 and take the exact amount instead. The $20 bill was still in his hand, nothing had been processed yet on the register, but he still refused to return it.

What made it worse is that he didn’t listen to me at all. He cut me off, spoke very rudely, and immediately called the next customer while I was still standing there. He didn’t even give me the chance to finish my sentence — maybe I wanted to change my order or say something else, but he completely ignored me. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

In addition, another employee came and opened the window curtains without asking us first. We had lowered them for comfort, and only after the second time he explained a reason. Still, if the curtains are there, customers should be allowed to use them when they feel uncomfortable.

This whole situation made me feel very upset, and I don’t want to experience this kind of treatment again at your store.“

Parking: Parking in the morning is spacey but be careful where to park because of delivery trucks.“

“This Starbucks in Glendale is a nice spot with very friendly and welcoming staff. The atmosphere is great, and the people working here truly make the experience enjoyable – big thanks to them for their service! The only downside is that the café is quite small, so there aren’t any tables inside or outside to sit and relax. Other than that, it’s a pleasant place, and I definitely recommend it.“

“It is okay for an on campus location but wished they open until four. There is another location that is near the campus where the busses stop are at. However that location is more like pickup only and no sitting are inside. On a later date, lookup for my review on that location for more details.“

“Everyone working at this Starbucks and their mom deserves a forehead kiss!! and dont forget the management YEA I SAID IT! I have been coming here for almost a decade now and while the atmosphere changed with many new renovations, some orders came out wrong (but were always swiftly corrected and replaced), one thing has stayed the same and its the service. Don’t get me wrong many other cafes have good service but I can appreciate this one more for its consistency of warmth, care and friendliness. “Today I went through the drive thru as there weren’t many cars. Johnny was taking orders outside thank you Johnny! It’s an alley that leads you to the drive thru, it’s not very narrow I turned perfectly without hitting my wheels to the curb lol.

My hyper fixation right now is the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, it’s absolutely delicious and my coffee tasted extra good today. Thank you Baristas!“

“I stopped by this Starbucks this morning before my certification test to try and get a bagel. I thought this place was inside Glendale Galleria mall until I walked inside and realized it's actually inside Target on the first floor. So I had to walk out of the mall and enter through Target because they don't open the Target entrance from the mall until after 10am. But when I got to Starbucks inside Target, they told me they didn't have any plain bagel so I had to go with the butter crossiant and iced water. It didn't take long for my order to come out. The water was made first and then my crossiant came out. There are some tables if you want to eat or drink your coffee there but there was a homeless guy sitting there so I just took it back to my car in the parking garage to eat it. They give me a venti size water which was appreciated and I thought the croissant was alright but it's pretty pricey for just a crossiant.

Vegetarian options: You can try to order a healthy bagel here.

Parking: You just park in the parking garage but it can be hard to find a spot during the holiday time or busy time.
