We took two friends for a belated birthday dinner (and as the staff realized it was just that, they even rewarded us with a delicious birthday dessert :-). Great service, nice ambiance, and delicious food - we had the bread (could have been a bit more for the $4,50), then shared the Mac & Cheese topped up with the pear and brie pizza that was the best.“

“I've been to many burger spots in my life, but I've never had a burger as good as the Chef Burger from Burger Bun. I'm talking perfectly seasoned beef, and delicious (but not overpowering) burger sauce, crisp vegetables, and the brioche bun is spectacular. There's no burger in Glendale that even comes close. The wings are also some of the best I've ever had and the homemade sauces are so, so tasty. The fries are perfect, and they have amazing milkshakes too. To top it all off, the service is ridiculously good, and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in town.“

It’s still a little sweet and a little effervescence. Love me a 7% ABV with a seltzer! Very cozy fun vibes. Comfortable bar seating as well as comfortable booth seating. Nice little outdoor patio and then an area to play games at your hearts content! Pool table inside ping-pong, table, and foosball table outside. Darts board games you name it very cozy couch and tables out on the patio as well. Partially covered. Alistair was very attentive to my friend, but didn’t seem to feel compelled to take care of me lol. A lot of fun eye candy on the walls. Vintage goodies. Will definitely be back.“

“Cutest little coffee shop, perfect for grab-n-go. I did drive past it the first time I went, they have a green banner instead of a sign and the shop is part of a building housing other businesses. The food had an amazing taste and was better than things we have tried in different restaurants during our time in california. “What you don't know is the menu can be a bit redundant. Besides the sandwiches, everything is a variation of itself. I fount the Boureg to be some of the best I've ever had. This is definitely a lunch spot, the bites are pretty small. I like this casual, large glass windowed eatery.“

“I come to this location of Dave’s Hot Chicken more than my doctor wants me to! The food is always top notch, the restaurant is always running like a well run machine, always clean, always welcoming, always a great atmosphere! The management and staff here are amazing. And did I mention the food? Seriously - skip the other hot chicken chains - this place rules. And when they say hot - they mean hot! Yessssssss!“

Gave us an attitude when we asked him about the cones. It's an ice cream shop. Smile more, you're working in the wrong place kid.Unfortunately this is the norm now with this generation.“

Can’t go wrong with anything you order honestly. Ask for the carrots they’re delicious. They do the work with quality and good stuff cause I usually get a tummy ache from Mexican food but from here I don’t. Totally worth coming here for tacos.

They only offer outdoor seating so make sure to go at a cool time. Staff is great and they’re quick even when they’re busy.“

“We recently heard about Perla's from our teen daughter. Unassuming, cute but a bit hard to spot driving southbound on Oceanview, just south of downtown Montrose. I've always told my kids that there are no better ice cream flavors than Filipino ice cream and I'm so glad they finally got to try some. So much better than store-bought Magnolia brand ice cream (no shade intended) and not as sweet as conventional flavors. I had the Melon, while my family got Buko Pandan (MY FAVORITE), Ube and Louisiana Banana. There are a few seats inside and ample seating outside. I can't wait to try the other flavors!“

“Ya know, this place is outside where I normally do my living, but occasionally I have to be in the area! Today was the 5th time I’ve been there, I ordered a Double Combo, and Geeze it was TERRIFIC!!!
The grilled onions are da bomb! The fries crispy and yummy. The only downside I see, if you order to go, and have a 25 minute drive the fries get uncrispy ! Simple physics, steam coming off the fries tends to do that. But I love to eat there, so not a problem for me!

“We arrived within 30 minutes of closing and the hostess came outside to flag us in that they were still open. All hands on deck with happy dispositions and friendly hospitality to get our beverages and refill them consistently and our food to the table right quick.

We had omelettes and a side of links, and the omelettes came with a house-made salsa that was divine. He also had a small order of biscuits and gravy which he adored. The whole ambiance is iconic American diner. I wish I could import the whole place and team over to Germany to show my fellow countrymen what American cuisine and warmth tastes and feels like. I cannot recommend the bacon avocado omelette enough to you. Go now, 11/10“

“Grade B+ (87): Chicken Caesar wrap what's pretty good, swedish pancakes was okay but not super, the egg sandwich was just average, the creme brulee French toast what's good, croque Monsieur was not very good damn was too thick and something like Black Forest ham which is not what you're supposed to have in a Croque Monsieur. It was a pretty average brunch, the place is nice the people are nice. I would get the chicken Caesar wrap again.“
