“I've been to many burger spots in my life, but I've never had a burger as good as the Chef Burger from Burger Bun. I'm talking perfectly seasoned beef, and delicious (but not overpowering) burger sauce, crisp vegetables, and the brioche bun is spectacular. There's no burger in Glendale that even comes close. The wings are also some of the best I've ever had and the homemade sauces are so, so tasty. The fries are perfect, and they have amazing milkshakes too. To top it all off, the service is ridiculously good, and the prices are fair. This is my go-to spot in town.“

Can’t go wrong with anything you order honestly. Ask for the carrots they’re delicious. They do the work with quality and good stuff cause I usually get a tummy ache from Mexican food but from here I don’t. Totally worth coming here for tacos.

They only offer outdoor seating so make sure to go at a cool time. Staff is great and they’re quick even when they’re busy.“

But when I took the food back to have the error corrected I was met with a swift resolution, hot delicious tacos and even a free soda for my troubles. “Small no frills restaurant with delicious food. The hostess/owner at the counter was very nice and welcoming. We had the loaded fries and the taco plate with veggie tacos and soyrizo tacos. The portion size was large (taco plate comes with amazing cilantro rice, beans, guac and chips plus 3 tacos of your choice) and the ingredients were fresh. Tortilla chips felt home made, they were super light and crispy, not greasy. Everything came out piping hot. Will definitely order from here or dine in again.“

“You want Mexican home food? This place is it. Order what you think a Mexican mom would make for dinner and not what you order at Taco Bell and you'll have delicious lunch. The service is always great but do plan to take out and enjoy in a nearby park.“

“Lived in this area *Ocean View Blvd, Glendale, LaCrescenta, Eagle Rock, Flintridge, in the late 1960's and my school friends and I used to go to El Charro's on weekends to eat (thought we were really grown up!). They absolutely had the BEST cheese enchiladas I've ever in my life tasted and haven't found any as good since. Wish I could get them to dry-ice and send some of these to my current address in the Northern Great Plains (my home area) but I guess they don't do shipping. Dang, I really miss their food and I also like the red bean and rice burritos, and some other dishes. Always had GREAT salads there, as well. The ONLY mexican place we have here where I live is Chili's - yuk!“

I recommend trying this place at least once and judge for yourself. Born and raised out here and have tried a lot of the spots... cant go wrong with fresh food and friendly service.“

The key to a good burger is the structure and these guys are putting together great burgers. They put a lil spice on the fries and they didn’t taste frozen.

Everyone in the kitchen was wearing gloves, they were all wiping down surfaces constantly, and the place is clean throughout.

The price was spot on for the current situation with inflation, I spent about 15 bucks. If I’m up this way, I will definitely go back.“

Jasmin at the window took my order fast and efficiently with no mistakes, she spoke clearly and read back my order to confirm. At the window she had a great attitude and a very welcoming smile. “By far one of the nicest places I have ever been. From the moment walking into the store greeted and clean. Not being at a del taco over 10 years the cashier gave me specials which was top notch. Even helped me chose what to get from all the great food. Being as I just got out of the Navy WITHOUT hestiation said it was on him. Now, I would never expect it but the kindness from the employees at this del taco made my heart and stomach full for tonight. Thank you and God bless“
