I went through the drive thru for service. I asked for a meal and didn't want a drink. I got to the window to pay and asked the attendant if I was still charged for a drink. He responded yes. I had to ask for the drink since I had to pay for it, which he tried to withhold. It's not good. If it's paid for, then provide it to the customer who brought it.
