“This is a good-enough burger joint with reasonable prices to make it worth patronizing. It's one of those "burger shack" places that has sit-down tables inside, but you order at a counter instead of there being waitpeople. But they will bring your food to your table instead of calling a number and making you walk over to get it. It's also one of those places that is staffed by Hispanics and serves Mexican food as well as American fast food. The workers were nice, especially the lady who brought my food to me. I ordered a burger combo plus a side, so I could try both their fries and their onion rings. The best thing was the onion rings. The batter was thick enough that the entire ring was coated with crust, and the crust was crispy. Most important, they weren't greasy at all. They were really good. 2nd-best were the fries; I'm not sure whether they were hand-cut (probably not), but among frozen fries, they were still good. The burger was decent enough; the meat was not poor grade, but wasn't up to the higher level of Fatburger or Five Guys or Shake Shack. They would have to raise their prices if they used a higher grade of beef, but I think they should consider doing so, because they would get a lot more customers who might otherwise eat at one of those other places. One unfortunate little drawback is the chairs that go with the tables; they're that odd metal type that have the weird narrow back-construct that cuts into your rear-end or the back part of your thighs, so they're not comfortable to sit in. They should replace those uncomfortable metal chairs with something that's much more comfortable. That would make people want to stay longer and want to come back more. This place is good enough, but it could be even better.“
“I finally found tacos worth Yelping about!!! Thank you, Universe!I've been on the hunt for the best tacos in LA for a very long time. I'm glad I've kept this pursuit because ten years later, it's paid off! Why are these my favorite tacos in LA? First, the fresh corn tortillas are bomb! Chewy and soft, not grainy and dry. Second, the meats are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Third, their selection of condiments are incredibly delicious. I would buy their hot sauces (all of them) if they ever decided to bottle them. Lastly, they had the best agua Fresca I've ever had. It's a bit pricey for street tacos but these are slightly elevated, the quality is there, and they are a new small business. I'm happy to pay more for these reasons. Also, the staff is very kind and friendly! There are tables inside to dine-in. There is a small parking lot as well as free street parking. I hope people support this small business so we can all enjoy great tacos!!!“
“No word to describe the food there. No less than incredibly delicious, spicy, and full of Mexican flaved tacos, burritos. A must-have if you are cruising by Glendale. However, their burritos are now smaller than ever. Inflation is making them deflate.“
“We had JITB at this location for the first time, while on vacation. It's great for the price, if you know what you are getting and not over-expecting greatness. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm giving 4 stars because it's not Mr. Chow, but very good for what you pay. I had the ultimate cheeseburger and some tacos. Thanks!“
“The food was tasty although the protein portions were small and overpriced for the value- 4 stars. However, my 5 stars is for Lawrence. He provided great service with a genuinely happy attitude. He was friendly and quick to act. I saw him be this way with everyone. He is a GREAT asset to the team!! Thank you, Lawrence!“
