Jasmin at the window took my order fast and efficiently with no mistakes, she spoke clearly and read back my order to confirm. At the window she had a great attitude and a very welcoming smile. “After coming here for about two decades, i don't know what's going on with the service, but despite all these machines and less interaction with the people, I still got lip service from one of the workers. I saw them with my food order. And they had it for a while. My app said it was ready about 9 minutes prior. But I wasn't sure if there really was my order because I thought since this worker was by the drive-thru window, maybe it was for someone else. And then she finally came up to me saying , or rather asking me if I'm waiting for an order? I told them yes it was that one that they had in the hand and they had it there with them for a while. Then she mumbled under her breath , and then turned away and walked away. Time for some retraining of the employees!“
