“So excited and proud Sugarbird finally has a storefront. My family and I have followed Chef & Owner Kei since it first started and only had regular priority mail delivery and pickup from a co-op location in Downtown LA. I stopped by after the Montrose Farmers Market, where Sugarbird was before and I believe still is for other Farmers Markets, and Kei herself was managing the store. She was nice and really excited to finally have her own storefront. I got a free tea, free clotted cream, the tea sandwich set, six scones (ube, lemon blueberry, matcha, fig & rosemary, passionfruit & earl grey) and shortbread cookies.“

“We went for French chanson night. I would suggest moving those type of events to a bigger room with the bar so people can dance and enjoy the music. This time it was overcrowded in the room, people were trying to dance at their tables. The food was OK, wine per bottle starts from 70$ which is a little too much for a bottle that costs $10 at the store. I ordered aperol spritz which had 0 alcohol and 99%of ice. The service was good. Overall nice place, I might come back but not in a near future.“

“Fresh warm gooey cookie, literally everything youd love in a cookie. i was skeptical at first because im usually not a fan of a chubby cookie, i dont mean to discriminate towards the thiccer cookies but some of them are dry. when i tell you this was the best chubby cookie ive ever had i dont take that lightly. it wasnt too sweet it had a perfect contrast of crunch to chew ratio. absolutely a delicious cookie. genuinely i would have liked a sugar cookie on the menu but thats just a personal preference. the service was great, i was offered a complimentary pumpkin spice cookie to try, im not a fan of pumpkin spice so i gave that to my mother who really enjoyed it. the location with warehouse situation was interesting, but they made it easy just call and they bring it right to you. it was my first time but based off everything, ill definitely be back! highly recommend the chocolate chip, its just an all around great cookie.“

This was my first order from Van, and I was pretty sure it would be tasty and satisfy my expectations because they wrote: "Under New Management!" So, I expected they would do their best to boost their sales, and I was right. The chocolate cake with strawberry ? and raspberry was delicious ?. The whole family loved it!“

“Cakes are delicious! I’ve had their red velvet cake, carrot cake is my favorite and the lemon one too. The small cakes are more than enough for one or two people if you don’t want too much.

They also sell a bunch of gifts, cards, and candles. I come here to get the sparkle candles which are so cool and unique.

If you’re coming through Wilson it’s above Ralph’s on the second floor, you can take the ramp from inside. If you’re coming through either California or Glendale the ramp leads to the top where you can find the location right by Staples. With plenty of parking.

Although, my daughter’s instructions was to include red melted chocolate on this rustic/vintage themed cake but they did NOT. I can see why, it would have taken away from the theme. they have such a great eye in designing and captivating one’s imagination . “I recently watched a America's Test Kitchen supermarket white bread taste test video and I felt sorry for the tasters because they didn't have white bread from Pouri Bakery. I've eaten a lot of white breads from all over the world, and this one - THIS ONE - is my absolute favorite. The crust is nicely browned and the interior is soft, but not gummy or squishy. It stands up to moist tomato sandwiches like the pro that it is. Unlike many American white breads, it's not sweet - and that's a good thing; who wants to eat a chicken salad sandwich on sugary, sweet bread - no one. Since there are no preservatives, if you have managed not to eat it all, it makes great, fresh breadcrumbs and croutons to die for.
