“Arrived a few minutes before closing and was helped as if they just opened. Did not rushed me and answered my questions politely. It is a small shop in the middle of a shopping center. Only to go-no tables/chairs to eat in. First time here but definitely not last. Since I came late, they were out of almost everything except for the cookies and Rosca de Reyes. The Rosca de reyes was not on my list but since they were out of conchas, I opted to get one. So glad I did, the rosca was warm, moist and delicious. One thing though is that they do not take cards ONLY cash so come prepared. I had to go to the liquor store next door to use the ATM as they do not offer cash back.“

It was my first time and I asked what everything was and the woman at the counter was very kind, understanding and informative. When I had an issue paying she was also really patient. Everything was bigger than it looked in online and great value for what you're paying! Was able to try pretty much one of everything for about $20 and share with husband and daughter with tons of leftovers for later! Will definitely be back -- this is a great place to get snacks for parties or work. So glad I found this place!!“
“I'm a former nutritionist. About a decade ago, I was using GG Scandinavian Bran Sprinkles. I haven't been able to find them anywhere recently. After an extensive search, I came across Lo Carb U Foods. They had what I wanted in stock & purchased 3 bags. The following day, Jose called to let me know that they only had 2 bags of the sprinkles, but would supplement with crackers, which are the same thing. I'd just have to smash them up to get sprinkle consistency. He also refunded me 10% of the purchase price for the inconvenience. It was so thoughtful! A week and a half later, I still hadn't received my order, so I called and reached Jose again. He looked into the system and saw that the order had been shipped, but there was an issue with the USPS tracking. He spent a day getting transferred from one person to the next and finally found out that my order had been destroyed in transit! He called me back to let me know that they had packaged more than enough of the crackers to cover the damaged order and were FedEx'ing it to ensure that I had it the following day. I have my product and... WOW! Am I impressed with the conscientious, professional and friendly customer service. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you Jose and Lo Carb-U for getting me back in touch with one of my favorite dietary products and for going the extra mile!“

“Jacki's cakes are outstanding. It's a little hole in the wall you would never know it's there. Jacki is very helpful, kind and her cakes are the bomb!!! The flavors are outstanding the cake is so moist the rum is the best cake I've ever had and for frosting, I don't like frosting but this is like whipped cream or something. I can't explain it you need to try it. It is the best cake up ever had“

“A Hidden Gem!! While working in the area I spotted this place while driving along Lankershim Blvd. Was greated by a very friendly lady who took my order. Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and lets just say this was one of the best pizzas ive had in California. What made the pizza great was the dough! It was crispy and tasted awesome. Already cant wait to go back next time im in the area! Five stars for this place!!!Parking: Large parking lot directly outside the front door“

“Took me a year to try these because a friend said, “They’re just some overpriced cookies.” Well - I completely disagree lol. I have a hard time passing up a good looking cookie - and Crumbl definitely makes the cut for top cookie spots. These cookies are fantastic. Crispy edges and mostly soft. I picked up 4 - the Semisweet chocolate chip (with flaky salt Mmmm), Lemon Glaze, Raspberry Jam - a sandwich cookie with jam and frosting in the middle, and the Golden Oreo base with Cream Cheese frosting… These were very good cookies. I do not like an overly sweet cookie and these are well balanced. Staff was friendly and helpful (it was my first time) - You order through a kiosk… took just a few min to get my box. There is no seating, so I had to be patient and wait until I was home - which was lightweight torture after staring at the cookies while we waited ? Highly recommend - Seems like a great gift. Love the boxes. I’m looking forward to trying other flavors next time I visit!!“
