“In the search for the best Neapolitan style pizza in LA, we booked a table at La Morra Pizzeria 👏👏 @lamorrapizzeria is now permanently located on West 3rd Street in the very trendy walkable shopping and dining neighborhood of Beverly Grove. We ordered The Margherita! I loved the pepperoncini peppers, but what makes La Morra so special is its perfectly-charred, bubbly crust. Definitely, one of the best truly Italian wood fired pizzas in Los Angeles 🙌 They ship pizzas nation wide if you’re pizza lover and connoisseur 🎉“

“I’ve tried lots of ramen before and by far this is one of the best broths I’ve tasted. It was so creamy and full of flavor. I got the red miso ramen and it was great. The other ramens were also full of flavor and doesn’t have a water downed flavor. The staff was so freindly and nice. It gives a very personal and homey feel. Everything was nice and clean including the bathroom! They also give these free puff deserts that are filled with strawberry creme and it was a phenomenal ending. One of the staff even gave us free pocky’s as a small new year festivities.
This is definitely a lowkey, hidden spot that’s worth a try. Would recommend the ramen any day. I will be going back!“

“This is hands down my new favorite sushi place. I will never be going back to Katsuya. Joe is quite an extraordinary chef. I used to frequent a sushi restaurant he used to work at, but it wasn't the same after he left. I'm so grateful that I was able to find him here after a good hunt. Highly recommend!!!

Vegetarian options: You can ask for whatever you want that doesn't contain any meat. Like cucumber rolls, avocado rolls, egg rolls, or just miso and an order of sticky rice.“

“I work around the plaza so this is my go-to place to order from. Every time I have a full shift, I just order on the app, set a time to pick it up and my food is ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and I always get the correct order, there have been no mishaps. The employees are really nice, I love the environment, personally it's the best place to eat from. My favorite meals are the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, I love the crunchiness of the tortilla strips and they are so tasty!“

“Have you ever entered a business and immediately feel like you just walked into your home where family is waiting to greet you? That was the very feeling I had when I stopped by the NoHo Cafe today. I knew the food was good as I used the delivery service before. Today I decided to visit the Cafe and I promise I’ll continue going frequently. The food is delicious but what won me over was the welcome and love you experience when you walk in the door. The staff is amazing... the Cafe has a very “welcome home” atmosphere. The complimentary cup of soup is AWESOME. I sat at a corner table allowing me to do what I love...watch people. As I enjoyed my delicious first meal of 2020 I watched as every person who entered was treated with care and joy. Just like being home the staff will keep checking to see if the food is ok and if you need anything. The NoHo Cafe is a place I recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy a good meal and to experience a “welcome home” feeling. “Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.

Inside - 4/5
Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.

Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.

Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).

“Literally everything Sai makes is delicious. Her food truck is a neighborhood staple and she does catering as well. The best Thai Food Restaurant I have been to by far. Sai has a ton of regulars for a reason and it's because her food is amazing and she's super sweet.

“I've ordered from here twice now and both times the pizza has been prepared perfectly. It's some of the better pizza I've had in Los Angeles with it's thinner, crispier crust and the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The wings are easily the best wings that I've had in LA, hot and crispy! If you enjoy the wings at Ye Rustic Inn, you'll love these!“

“Well priced, authentic Thai food! Lams looks like a small hole in the wall, but the food is extraordinarily delicious. I ordered 9 meals for a group of friends and on pick up it was ready on time, packaged beautifully and still very warm. Every meal was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Just an incredible, friendly, quality Thai restaurant. I've been ordering from Lams since before Covid and it never seizes to impress. Do yourself a favor.“

“I am vegan. When my family lived in North Hollywood Leonor's was my go to restaurant. It was one of the few restaurants that my entire family would frequent. We used to eat there before it was Leonor's (we are talking 1970s). I think in 1980s Leonor became the owner... I don't know who owns it now... if it is someone in the family or not.. however, the food is great. I miss it. It's been a while. When this heatwave in Los Angeles cools off I will go and order lunch... Hopefully I recognize a face or two.“
