“I go to this restaurant often but that's because I live a few steps away. I always order to go but that's because they don't offer a dine-in option. For one who walks to this restaurant often, I look forward to walking back home. But that's not only because of my food in-tow, but the spectacular late evening sky that you're going to witness when on foot. But not because of where the restaurant is located (you can see this sky from any place} but because of the time it opens (evenings to 3am I think). What I'm trying to say is this restaurant, with it's strange name, has a few unexpected things up it's sleeve.“

“Well priced, authentic Thai food! Lams looks like a small hole in the wall, but the food is extraordinarily delicious. I ordered 9 meals for a group of friends and on pick up it was ready on time, packaged beautifully and still very warm. Every meal was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Just an incredible, friendly, quality Thai restaurant. I've been ordering from Lams since before Covid and it never seizes to impress. Do yourself a favor.“

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. Definitely recommended. The beef noodle soup was great too!!! The perfect touch of sweetness and spiciness. Super flavorful. And the folks here were super welcoming and nice! Would definitely recommend this joint!“

“Literally everything Sai makes is delicious. Her food truck is a neighborhood staple and she does catering as well. The best Thai Food Restaurant I have been to by far. Sai has a ton of regulars for a reason and it's because her food is amazing and she's super sweet.
I would visit every day if I could ❤️“

“Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.
Inside - 4/5
Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.
Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.
Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).
TL;DR
Overall 5/5
- Sm0l cozy hole in the wall with a handful of tables
- Small lot, plus plenty of street parking
- Lunch specials will be your best deal
- GR10 service
- Recommend Thai coffee, Thai Tea, Pad Thai, Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil, and Garlic Basil Tofu

“I LOVE! this place. Although the food can be a bit pricey, it's well worth it. I ordered (and would ABSOLUTELY recommend) the fried shrimp cakes and pad woon sen. The service was efficient, and the food came out quickly and piping hot. I also observed the plates and silverware to be very clean! Our waiters also took care to pay attention to our requests and got the bill promptly. ?
Parking: The parking is usually quite full, and the space is tight. The streets nearby are typically packed with cars as well.
Kid-friendliness: I saw kids eating there, but there is no kid menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: While I'm not a wheelchair user myself, I observed the indoor and outdoor dining options to be wheelchair accessible.“

“I mostly get my orders to go— sometimes I eat in— They have good food & nice workers
Parking: It’s in a Small strip mall so unless recommended i would not know its there & I pass by it a lot. . Maybe a better sign ?!? But once i dined there — it was easy to want to go back“

“Unlike other Thai food we have had. Felt more authentic and had unique dishes we had never seen before. Tiny little place at the end of a dingy swap meet but the excellent service and loved everything we got.
Vegetarian options: Dishes could be done with or without meat
Parking: Large parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible. Might be a little tight in some of the swap meet aisles.“
