“Mom, Auntie, and I were at a community event in Reseda on St. Patrick's day, and while walking the boulevard, we passed by a few restaurants. I was feeling Thai so I picked this place. It's was a cozy place with Thai art and decorations. The lady greeted us so gently and sweetly, I was sure it was gonna be a great meal. We ordered chicken satay, pad thai and chicken fried rice. Most pad thai's I've had get dry fast, then it's not so good. Their pad thai sauce was a little runny, but I liked it that way. It coated the noodles better. The fried rice was the blue ribbon of all the dishes. So much flavor! No soy sauce needed! I'm from the San Gabriel Valley, but if I'm ever in Reseda again, I'm making a beeline here!“
“I was going to another establishment and passed them. When I was done and passed by again, the owner came outside and asked if I wanted a special. I looked at the sign, and he got me. I got the pineapple curry with chicken with the special and sticky rice with mango. I was pleasantly surprised. The curry pineapple was great, and the sticky rice with mango was . “I have tried almost every Thai restaurant in the area in an attempt to find the best curry. Today I chose takeout for my first visit to Sri Siam Cafe. You'll be glad to know the place is tidy which is a plus (I usually order takeout to avoid unsightly decor so it doesn't cloud my judgement.) Upon entering, I was greeted by a server and cashier but I already know what I wanted after seeing review photos on yelp. I ordered the Green Curry/Soft Shell Crab dish and a side of rice. My jaw dropped at the $30 price point but I had already made up my mind. I could have easily switched it to the curry w/crispy pork for far less. My initial reaction opening my bag was that the curry serving was not big enough and I had my fingers crossed that there were at LEAST 2 crabs in the lunch size box so I wouldn't have to throw a food fit! To my surprise the box was PACKED with crispy crab pieces! I already had about 5 pieces before i took the picture and the curry tub was full. Super tasty seasoning on the meat too! Just wish I had some vinegar dipping sauce. 5/5 would come back!“

“Loved this place! Super fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Ordered the Nam Tok Salad, the Chicken Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) and the Isaan Larb Kua. Everything was really tasty and the server was great about explaining the spice levels. The Nam Tok and the Isaan Larb Kua were especially delicious because of the use of lime juice -- that tangyness paired with the spiciness and the savoriness in both dishes was a winning combo. In terms of spice level, I'd say that I usually like spicy food and handle it well, and the Medium was just right. There are additional chili sauces available if you want to dial it up a little bit. Very generous portions and I was honestly quite stuffed. The price is also ridiculously low and I have to say this is one of the most amazing value Thai places I've ever been too -- the pad kee mow was $12.99 for the chicken version!! They were making pickled chilis on one of the side tables, which is one sign you know this place is legit -- when they make their sauces and condiments from scratch, by hand. Really looking forward to my next visit here.“

It was amazing!!! It’s not a typical Korean kimchi fried rice. It has garlicky and tangy flavors. The runny egg yolk blended well with the rice.We also got cream cheese crab Rangoon, fried dumplings and veggie egg rolls. LOVED their sweet and sour dipping sauce. We asked for extra to bring home.Very casual, fast and friendly service. You order and pay at the counter. They don’t speak much English but they are very accommodating.We are super happy to find another restaurant close by that we love. Will definitely go back for more!“

My favorite item to order is their mung bean pad thai, although I wish there was an option to get it with soy chicken or beef and not just tofu skewers. The tofu cubes are huge so the flavor doesn't really penetrate them. I like this dish because the noodles and veggies are flavorful. My family also enjoys cashew nut lover dish and the buddha rolls. Those are so filling, I can just get those and be happy. If you like thai tea, you must try it here. So good. The crab fried right was just right and the spicey fried rice was balanced with the right amount of heat. “Came here on a random week night and was pleasantly surprised! Portions were appropriately sized but could be bigger, I came with a party of 4. We ordered 6 dishes and finished all the dishes, and the pricing of the dishes was amazing! Now for taste, the dishes look simple but were very flavorful and definitely packed a punch. Some of our favorites included pad see ew (food wok air flavor), garlic Chinese broccoli with crispy pork, and the Panang curry. Service was also quick and kind which we appreciated. By volume and weight, there's a lot of food they pack into one little to go container. Plenty of chicken, and lots of chewy noodles. What I love about their Pad Thai is that they do not put a lot of sugar in it. You can really taste the difference between this place and other places.2. BBQ Chicken. This dish steals the show! It's really a half of a chicken, seasoned very well, and then barbecued almost to a smokey flavor. It's delicious! The sauce they give you on the side is kind of like a sweet scallion kind of a thing. I think it's fish sauce maybe mixed with something else. Or some kind of rice wine vinegar mixed with sugar. In van Nuys it can be hard to find quick food that doesn't make you feel like death the next day, and this spot definitely fits the bill for feeling good and also great tasting food. Also, the owners are both really nice and always remember my order and my dog. I've eaten food from other Thai spots close by and definitely felt suspect the next day, so yeah-- shout out to you guys for not poisoning your food with flavor additives and also making amazing dishes. The interior of the restaurant could be freshened up a bit , but on the other hand Khung Dang is a hole in the wall a random shopping center in Chatsworth. Pad Thai is the best thing so far, the short ribs little tough but flavor was there so still good just would not order again. Thai tea so yummy and comes with meal. Very friendly.“
