Blai restaurant is a fusion spot in the valley. The food is delicious and spectacular. Every single bite was a total treat. The green curry shrimp & grits are amazing and a must try. The star of the show was the garlic noodles and lobster. The lobster garlic noodles and the pineapple fried rice are great. The beef fried rice and the soft shell crab are delicious. The soft shell crab salad is adored. The drunken noodles and the Papaya salad are a must. The gumbo fries offer a new and unique taste. The gumbo is delicious. The Thai ice tea is great. The service is top tier. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The chef came to talk and took pictures. The owner is very welcoming, informative and hospitable. The restaurant is very clean. Plenty of options to choose from.
