Its always such a friendly and welcoming time while eating there no matter the amount of guests you are with. “My wife and I took a cooking class at Dek Sen, and had a fantastic time. Their cooking class let you spend 45 minutes in the kitchen before business hours learning to make Thai cuisine, and we were taught shrimp rolls, chicken Tom Yum soup, and beef fried rice. The instruction by the owner was one-on-one (my wife and I as a couple) and she gave great instruction, easy-to-follow technique, and fun background information about each dish. then, we sat in the restaurant area and ate our meal - which was excellent. This is a great, affordable, "date" activity for couples, and I'd highly recommend. Also, this is our new go-to Thai place in the neighborhood. Thanks for the awesome experience!“

“Hands down, this is one of the best Thai food restaurants I’ve stumbled upon. The two young ladies I met when picking up my order were so sweet. I felt very bad because the DoorDash delivery guy had stolen the original order, which was well over a hundred dollars worth of food. Not only did they replace the order, but added a couple of items for the inconvenience. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. If you enjoy chicken wings, there wings are heavenly. Honestly, some of the best wings I’ve ever tasted, cooked to perfection. And the quality of beef and chicken they use is well above average. The steak in the Thai salad was so tender, super lean and not even slightly over cooked. This will now be one of my family’s “go to” Thai restaurants in the neighborhood. “Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.

Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.

Service - 5/5
This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.

Food - 5/5
Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).

“I’ve been coming to Siam Cuisine for years. Pookie and her husband are such nice people and their food is very exceptional, the pad Thai is my favorite. But the reason is because of the simplicity and the flavor. The yellow curry is also my favorite, especially when adding shrimp. Hearing their story about them opening the restaurant is also a humble story for the ages. Their dedication and hard work is what makes their food so flavorful and unique. “THEY HAVE ANGEL WINGS but was disappointed in the mango with sticky rice especially for $15 the chrunchie rice better without rice didn’t taste traditional under cooked minimal coconut sweet cream I asked for an extra they wanted to charge me$2 for 1 ounce cup…$3 mango $1 for rice coconut cream from c8 oz can 15 cents total 4.15 cost $15 charge crazy but the food bombs ?“

“A very small hole in the wall that you could totally miss if you aren't paying attention! I really enjoyed the food and small intimate atmosphere. They can make many of the meat options vegetarian/vegan. Just ask and make sure to request they use vegetarian substitutes for the sauces (fish and oyster sauce).“

I highly recommend the Mongolian with Beef or the Spicy Mint Leaves with Chicken (mild spicy, regular spicy is very hot). The only downside...
