“I’ve been studying for major exams at Coffea, and it’s the perfect spot to focus, quiet down, and lock in. The environment is calm, with others studying or working, and the staff is always welcoming. I fell in love with their cold brew with sweet top, it’s the perfect balance of bold and just a hint of sweetness. I’ve tried their chocoychip cookies, blueberry muffins and cinnamon cake, All delicious, though the muffins often sell out before 1 p.m. The only downside is they don’t have public Wi-Fi, but nothing a personal hotspot can’t fix. They were open until 4 p.m. each weekday, and I’m so grateful, this spot helped me get through my exams! The best part of it all is that there is always parking!“

“As a huge horror fan, I was extremely excited to find this place because the aesthetic really speaks to me and I pretty much get and have seen all the movie references mentioned. Opened in early 2022, it’s located just past the eastern border of Burbank in North Hollywood. It’s quite small on the inside so it’s more designed to go. The employee behind the counter was very polite and did a great job breaking down some of his favorite drinks. They don’t have a dedicated parking lot, but I was able to find metered street parking on the same block. I wanted to get some bakery items as well, but sadly, they only had drinks when I stopped in, there weren’t any food items available.

Based on the employee’s recommendation, I chose the Nightmare on Maple and enjoyed it. It’s basically a cinnamon maple latte and was very light and balanced and overall pretty good, but wish it would have a stronger maple flavor vs a cinnamon flavor. I hope they add a more varied menu and obviously some food items but it is a fun stop if you are a horror enthusiast like myself.“

“Stopped by Foleo Coffee and had a really well-executed cortado. The milk had a beautiful glossy texture and integrated nicely with the espresso, giving the drink a smooth, cohesive body. What stood out most was how well the cortado maintained its structure throughout the drink. The body stayed consistent and the coating along the cup remained relatively thin and clean from sip to sip.

There was some slight crema buildup along the walls toward the end, and the integration could have been a touch cleaner in the final sips, but overall these were minor details. The cortado had great texture, good integration, and held together very well from beginning to end.

The shop itself is also nicely designed with a clean, welcoming space, and the service was friendly. Overall, a great experience at Foleo and a very solid cortado.“

I tried their boba taro slushie and a cronut filled with Nutella my first time trying one and it was so soft, layered, and really delicious. The boba was made well, the place was nice, and they even have a full menu, which was a great surprise. I’ll definitely keep this spot in mind on my next trip.“
