“The Yum Yum Donuts is right next to my house and I go there quite often. I always get the everything bagel extra toasted with cream cheese tomato and crispy bacon with a little pepper on top. It is the perfect breakfast sandwich and I could eat it everyday. The donuts are obviously made every day and I have been in there at 4:00 in the morning when the guy is making them. They have the perfect selection of 30 or 40 different kinds of donuts. The service is fast and they also speak Spanish. The prices are fantastic also.“
“Wow! This McDonalds location is great. The food service & the atmosphere is excellent!! Even the restroom was absolutely clean. I haven’t visited Sunland recently. It has remodeled since I last visited couple years I guess. This McDonalds location has never closed or moved to another location. It was usually close to K-Mart (permanently closed) The drive-thru is so easy to access. I should visit there again have lunch & dinner with my mom & my friends. Especially the female manager here whose name I did not get, seems as though she was NOT fond of people of color. Lalo and Gabriel were lovely, had great energy, and were super attentive! First of all the cashier is attentive, the servers are friendly, fast and efficient. This place has amazing staff and food. The prices are also reasonable and their menu is relatively easy to understand. I had the joy special which came with an appetizer, small soup and a sandwich and iced tea. I chose the pork belly sandwich and it was so delicious the bread was so soft and I wanted to buy a roll of it. I also got the wonton soup which was so flavorful as well. I wasn’t a fan of the seaweed salad but everything else exceeded my expectations. I want to come back to try different menu items but this place is definitely top tier. “I've been coming here to Bodevi many times this past year. I was so stoked when I found out they serve wine AND espresso. I initially was drawn to their WINE FLIGHTS and VEGAN CHARCUTERIE. But lately maybe because of the cold weather I've been craving their LOX & CREAM CHEESE TOAST and BLUEBERRY GINGER LATTE. They pay really great attention to detail because my lox toast is perfectly spread all the way to the edges. The salmon perfectly scrunched for texture (not just laid out flat) and topped with sliced red onions. Then drizzled with oil I think and perfectly garnished with dill and capers...yumm!! Love the orange slices as well! The blueberry ginger latte is so unique and pretty! It has a richness to it like mocha but perfectly balanced. I get mine with oat milk. And I love seeing actual blueberries on it to give it a nice finishing touch. Get this before they switch out their seasonal menu! Once the weather warms up I may go back to trying their wine flights again. I recommend THE DAVID BOWIE so you can have the assortment of white, rose, and red if you're trying their wines for the first time. Other items I definitely recommend are the BURRATA PISTACHIO SANDWICH (I get mine minus the prosciutto to make it vegetarian) , the VEGAN DELI SANDWICH, and the DEVILED EGGS. You can't go wrong with those. They're delicious! They even have an assortment of board games, chess, and checkers that you can play in the private room in the back. “I just went to Red Maple Cafe for the first time today and really enjoyed the experience. My wife mother and daughter all loved our food and the ambiance. The fried chicken and waffles were very flavourful and unique because of the blackberry sauce they served with the waffles. The fried chicken was juicy crispy and flavorful. The blackberry sauce also mixed nicely with some hot sauce! The brisket burrito my wife got was very good, flavorful and tender brisket. Their house breakfast potatoes were also very good. Spiced but not spicy so that even my daughter approved and enjoyed. “This place is located in Glendale, it's kinda hidden but it's fantastic. The ambience is calm and quiet, people mostly go there to study usually, have meetings, etc. the service was fairly fast, and the nice women that took our order was very sweet and considerate. It appears to be a maybe family owned, but it gave greek style vibes, still pretty cool. The food is more on the pricey side, but if you honestly need a place to study and get things done as far as work, this is a nice sophisticated little cafe .“

Service was good and friendly - the cook in the back was singing his heart out at 7am which brightened our morning. We got the #1 and #4. #1 said that the bacon was spicy but there wasn't much spice which was good. It was messy to eat but had good flavor. #4 was tasty. Definitely packed full which made it hard to eat, but I'm not complaining because for the price I would expect it to have a hefty amount of toppings. Both bagels were a little on the chewy side but not sure if that's avoidable once toasted bagels cool off. I would be down to come back and would probably get the same thing! He had the beef kabob with humus, for our 3 year old I ordered the kids chicken kebab with rice (thumbs up for having a kid's menu!), and I had one of their specials - lentil fried rice sans meat.Apart from the food, the owner (I believe) who took our order and the cook who also served us were great. Neither overly friendly or impatient, they were a pleasure to be serviced by. They look you in the eye when speaking, are accommodating, polite, professional. “I am sOooo happy I found this place. I have been searching for a Cherry Mocha for the longest time. The first time I had it was @Starbucks. They discontinued this drink. I am not a fan of mocha, so I never ordered a mocha since. When I browsed thru the photos for this place, I noticed a Cherry pistachio mocha. It got me wondering. I had to go try it out. To my surprise, it was 90% similar to the cherry mocha I had @SB years ago with an addition of pistachio in it. The Cherry Pistachio was a 10! I love it so much. I m still smiling right now thinking about it. I also got this green drink that I didn't know would cost $20!!!! I find it strange how this place only listed the price for their small. They do offer medium and large. My total for 2 drinks was about $24 with 10% discount. I was in shock, so I asked for the price of each drink. Still in shock right now. I took some to my office in Oxnard and one of the employees recognized the box and said she drives many miles just to get donuts at this location. I couldn't finish it.Holly's special was delicious, although my husband didn't like the dressing on the spinach.The coffee was not worth what we paid, I would stick to drip or skip the coffee altogether.
