I even tried to buy the ingredients to make it myself, because at this point it is becoming a budgeted expense I tried the rose matcha... bleh. I guess the taste of the rose was too overwhelming for me. Threw it away and came back and got my regular order. TRY IT GUYS. The salmon skin hand rolls came out crisp and fresh. The octopus sushi was sweet and tender. The popcorn scallop was fun to eat with a light airy tempura. The servers were very attentive, especially Sara! She made sure we had everything we needed.“
