“Stopped by Jam Jam Tea Lab in Burbank and I’m so glad I did! Everything tasted fresh, and the drinks were full of flavor without being overly sweet.
The Cheese Barley Milk Tea was definitely the standout for me. The creamy cheese foam paired so well with the nutty barley tea and made every sip delicious. I also tried the Mango Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor. To top it off, the Coconut Mango Pomelo was the perfect tropical treat with a great mix of creamy coconut, juicy mango, and pomelo.
If you’re looking for a boba spot with unique flavors and quality ingredients, Jam Jam Tea Lab is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!“

“I wasn't having the best day when I walked into Boba Sound in Koreatown. I was frustrated, irritated, and honestly just not in a great mood. The moment I walked in, however, I was welcomed by Kelly, whose smile was as bright as a cloudless morning sun.
Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave excellent recommendations. I ended up trying the honeydew smoothie with lychee jelly, and it was absolutely delicious—I highly recommend that combination.
What made this visit special wasn't just the drink. Within a couple of minutes of interacting with Kelly, my entire attitude and outlook had changed. Her kindness, charisma, and genuine thoughtfulness made me feel seen and appreciated. She seemed to sense I wasn't having the best day and went out of her way to make the experience better. She even gave me the little bit of smoothie that was left in the blender, which was such a simple but thoughtful gesture.
Great customer service can completely change someone's day, and that's exactly what happened here. I'll definitely be coming back—not just for the amazing smoothies, but for the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.
If I'm anywhere near the area, Boba Sound will be one of my stops. Kelly deserves recognition for the exceptional experience she provided. Five stars isn't enough—I would gladly give 20 stars if that were an option.“

“Didn't know what to expect first timer here but it was uh-mazing. Lots of unique flavor options and for those lactose-phobic folks out there, you can customize to fit your needs and sweetness levels. Also they have the traditional plastic top covers which lets you puncture the straw thru the top - LovE! Puncturing the top is half the fun!“

“EXTRA SPICY IS EXTRA SPICY. Please be careful. Also beware of boba pearls clumping together if you don't move it around enough. Great strong tea flavor, great+fast service, chicken is crispy. Clean bathrooms.

“I don’t understand why this restaurant doesn’t have 5 stars!!! I mean, the food was very good, the ambience was beautiful and specially the customer service!! I don’t know the name of the guy and sorry about that I didn’t ask it, but I think you’ll know who we are. The girl in a purple dress and the guy with green sueter. We asked for ramen and poke bowl and they comes with very very delicious appetizers and boba drinks !! Like what ??? Really really amazing!! And honestly I’m soooo strict with customer service and this guy was really amazing!! Give him an increase in his salary!!

“Great spot for boba! They have a large selection of drinks, the store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The boba is really yummy, and I love that the drinks aren’t overly sweet like at many other places.
My go-to is the classic milk tea or the brown sugar milk tea—both are consistently delicious. It’s the perfect place to stop by after I finish my grocery shopping next door. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!“

“I haven’t been here for decades. I use to come here with my mom and sister to get some boba or tea to drink, yet now I come alone for the Honey Chrysanthemum tea and it’s pretty good. The staff was friendly and if there is anything you need help with, they’d be more than welcome to assist you. I love the atmosphere as well😊“

“The best brown sugar drink I've tried so far. The drink is smooth and milky, and blends very well with the brown sugar drizzled around the cup. It's also not too overpowering, so it's not weak. The pearls are chewy and well-infused with delicious brown sugar.“

“One of the things I love about this place is that the workers are always so efficient. The drinks are delicious, but the hospitality is what keeps me coming back. Billy, the chill guy with the beanie is THE BEST!! Ask for him and you won’t get disappointed! ✨“

“I'd give this place more like a 3.7 or something, but I just rounded it up. Boba and drinks I'd say is about average, nothing too special. The decor is pretty nice and I like the atmosphere. As for the cranes, they're more on the weaker side and even as someone who plays quite a bit of them, it is more difficult than not to win. They're not stacked up, so you can't knock them in and have to rely entirely on the claws strength, many of which won't even lift it up. There were some other ones like rolling the dice or scoring points, but I didn't try them out so maybe those ones are more generous. Hopefully they adjust the settings abit, but I did have a staff member who offered to move the prizes around. Overall, I'll probably come back at least one more time to try it out, but don't expect to come out with a bunch of prizes. Each game try is about $2-$3“

“I always love coming by here! As someone who drinks tea often, this is one of the best places to get delicious tea! I usually order Jasmine tea half sugar, which is the perfect taste in my opinion! The managers are very kind and friendly, and the customer service is great! The onigiri is from Rice & Nori next door ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶“
“We have been coming here for years. Their boba drinks are delicious. They recently had a change in ownership and I’m happy to say they are keeping to their great standards. Customer service is also AMAZING and Natalia is the best. When we place a phone order, she asks for our eta to time making the drink so we don’t end up with a melted, watered down drink. I hope the owner of the shop reads this review and recognizes her great work. It’s those small steps that make a spot special. Please go and support a local business.“

“1) $7.99 Minced Pork rice bowl w/ Egg + Broccoli was great. It lasted me 2 servings. It took about 10 minutes to make the food. They could use some art and decorations to spice up the place. At least some music. (4/5, the bowl was yummy , I will buy it again )
2) My friend got the Fish Combo And it did not come with any sauce 😔 he rated it 3/5
The Quicklys in San Francisco are better in my opinion. Chinatown has a cute charm to it though. It's nice to visit at least once, but I give them props for the $7 bowl when Panda Express charges $11+ for a way smaller bowl.“

“This is an amazing place for boba/drinks. The workers are really nice! They were patient and kind. The atmosphere was pretty clean, but there was some trash uncleaned when me and my Mom arrived(around 6pm). The pricing was what I expected, as most drinks are 7-8$ as they are pretty large. Their Halo-Halo(my mom shook it before i took the picture) and Tiger Boba were superb, I really reccomemd the Halo-Halo.“

All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.
My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.
I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.
Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.
