“Stopped by Jam Jam Tea Lab in Burbank and I’m so glad I did! Everything tasted fresh, and the drinks were full of flavor without being overly sweet.

The Cheese Barley Milk Tea was definitely the standout for me. The creamy cheese foam paired so well with the nutty barley tea and made every sip delicious. I also tried the Mango Green Tea, which was light, refreshing, and packed with real mango flavor. To top it off, the Coconut Mango Pomelo was the perfect tropical treat with a great mix of creamy coconut, juicy mango, and pomelo.

If you’re looking for a boba spot with unique flavors and quality ingredients, Jam Jam Tea Lab is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!“

“Cute branch of a chain bubble tea store. They have a standard menu with some options not being able to modify sugar levels (ex. Strawberry colada) but their drinks are great, albeit minimum 6 bucks. The strawberry colada is delicious and has a good amount of strawberry, although I could do with more. The oreo boba drink had the perfect amount of boba and was very good. They have games as well. Small location but fast service and open late, which is a plus since other places in the area are not.“

“Husband & I came here to this location for my weekly pregnancy craving. A Milktea Boba.. (also the name of my cat btw 😸) and we had such a great experience we had to write a review about it. We were taken care of by a young man named Kevin. He was so very sweet, kind & patient with us! We had never been to this location and they had a lot of new different things we were curious about and never tried. “Great spot for boba! They have a large selection of drinks, the store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The boba is really yummy, and I love that the drinks aren’t overly sweet like at many other places.

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“We got the mango matcha fresh milk tea and the lychee passion fruit tea. Both were reasonably priced and delicious. I recommend trying the bobas here. They taste fresh and not artificial. I also recommend their match series.
There's plenty of space to sit down and drink or you can walk around the mall with your Boba.

I love it normal, not added sugar because I'm a diabetic, but my son loves his tea very sweet so he added 50%. All teas are customized to your preferences, perfect for everyone with different taste buds to enjoy. “Love it there. It's my favorite boba spot. They have HONEY boba AND the taro tastes just like the milk from Lucky charms marshmallows. I get the Earl gray milk tea boba. Also, the milk they have is dairy free. So no worries to all those who are lactose intolerant. Some drinks are done with milk, but most use the non dairy creamer. Just delicious 😋🤤“
