“I really like Jam Jam Tea Lab because their drinks are always creative and refreshing! This time, I stopped by their Burbank location to try the new peach series, and the Peach Yogurt Yakult was definitely my favorite. It was fruity, tangy, and so refreshing, especially if you already love yogurt drinks like I do! The Fresh Peach Slush was also really good and tasted fresh.

The shop has a nice ambiance with a few seating spots, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Hot day. We had a relax time with amazing tea!!!“

“For the first time having a Sipbobo Baba drink, I had to try the Dragon Slayer, and my friend got the Bobo King. It's good that they have an alternative to dairy milk. Both are delicious drinks, and we got popcorn chicken. A must-try. Cool place to hang out. I highly recommend it.“

“One of the best boba places I’ve been too, especially if you’re a Csun student! The smoothies and boba drinks are delicious! 10/10 - the one I got was a mango smoothie with no boba and I highly recommend if your a mango fan!! 👏✨“

“<3 Recommended jewel. Wonderful delightful treats and very fun place! Love the boba, crepes, and milk tea. <3“

“It's really hard to find freas brew bubble tea which is not pre-sweetened. ALL the teas here come unsweet and you can custom add your sweet level. They have whole milk as well as non dairy. BONUS is additional types of add ins that are also hard to find such as red beans, grassjelly, and coconut jelly. Reasonable price.“

“Cute branch of a chain bubble tea store. They have a standard menu with some options not being able to modify sugar levels (ex. Strawberry colada) but their drinks are great, albeit minimum 6 bucks. The strawberry colada is delicious and has a good amount of strawberry, although I could do with more. The oreo boba drink had the perfect amount of boba and was very good. They have games as well. Small location but fast service and open late, which is a plus since other places in the area are not.“

“I love this boba place! I literally crave the special coffees that they make. The sweetness level of the drinks is always perfect as well. And the staff is always friendly, and which I always value. The atmosphere is inviting and fun. Basically lots of happy and good vibes with great drinks!“

“The most delicious coffee mocha boba ever!!!! Love it!!“

“This review is overdue. First, I've been here twice and the service is just amazing. The ladies that work here are so nice and so is the guy in the back. Excellent customer service. Second, on the back of the Ralph's receipt (the supermarket in the same shopping center), they advertise, buy 1, get 1 free, which is an excellent deal. And, you can use the coupons over and over which is really cool. Third, they allow you to sample all of the flavorful ice creams and are very patient with you while you make your decisions. We normally get two cones with two scoops each and buy one, get one free! It's an amazing deal! We've tried the cookies n creme, salted caramel, butter pecan, strawberry cheesecake, and the chocolate- everything is so yummy and tasty.“

“The drinks are refreshing and delicious. They provide friendly customer service.“

“Husband & I came here to this location for my weekly pregnancy craving. A Milktea Boba.. (also the name of my cat btw 😸) and we had such a great experience we had to write a review about it. We were taken care of by a young man named Kevin. He was so very sweet, kind & patient with us! We had never been to this location and they had a lot of new different things we were curious about and never tried. Anyways kudos to Kevin for being such a kind worker and making our yummy drinks and experience awesome! Pregnancy craving satisfied 🙌😊“

“I don’t understand why this restaurant doesn’t have 5 stars!!! I mean, the food was very good, the ambience was beautiful and specially the customer service!! I don’t know the name of the guy and sorry about that I didn’t ask it, but I think you’ll know who we are. The girl in a purple dress and the guy with green sueter. We asked for ramen and poke bowl and they comes with very very delicious appetizers and boba drinks !! Like what ??? Really really amazing!! And honestly I’m soooo strict with customer service and this guy was really amazing!! Give him an increase in his salary!!
Thanks again for everything. I’ll definitely come back again.“

“Love it there. It's my favorite boba spot. They have HONEY boba AND the taro tastes just like the milk from Lucky charms marshmallows. I get the Earl gray milk tea boba. Also, the milk they have is dairy free. So no worries to all those who are lactose intolerant. Some drinks are done with milk, but most use the non dairy creamer. Just delicious 😋🤤“

“Order the new drink, sunset boulevard 👍👍 I like fresh watermelon 😍😍😍“

“I had such a great experience at Bounce Boba! Casey was amazing — she was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She made my visit even better with her kindness and attention to detail. The drinks were great, and the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you, Casey, for making it such a positive visit! I’ll definitely be coming back. 🧋“

“Buen servicio muy amables“

“We got the mango matcha fresh milk tea and the lychee passion fruit tea. Both were reasonably priced and delicious. I recommend trying the bobas here. They taste fresh and not artificial. I also recommend their match series.
There's plenty of space to sit down and drink or you can walk around the mall with your Boba.
Theres plenty of parking.“

“First time having to try this place and to our surprised that they freshly brew their teas.... this place has their own barista and boba’s was made fresh too! Will definitely come back!“

“I am really surprised fried soy garlic chicken wings this great! They are Cantonese Chinese dish cooking style with real garlic. I also ordered stir fry udon not bad either. “Nice boba spot! Comparable to the Ding Tea in Seattle.

Two of us ordered:
jasmine green tea $5.50
large +$0.85
boba +$0.85
about ~$7 drink

passion fruit green tea $6
large +$0.85
boba +$0.85

Nice ambiance inside. Relatively fast service.

Easy parking in the plaza.“

“First of all, Great customer service, and they are quick with the drinks.

All teas are fresh brewed which made my Thai Tea boba outstanding, I also was able to lessen the sugar which made the Tea flavor stand out more. Much appreciated.

My wife loved the Peach Yakult with boba and her Monster Boba Latte.

I like that they have a variety of teas and not just Jasmine and Thai Tea.

Seating is plenty and and great music and atmosphere.

I highly recommend.“

“This Location has the most friendly service ever ✨🖤 Options are plently and never get bored of what yah getting. The esthetics of neon ✨ 😍 signs that contrast the home feel of drawings of the wall is great 🎨 bobas are incredibly soft and fresh which is a bonus 😊😋“

“BOG, Wa Sai Watermelon, Strawberry Basil Ginger Lemonade!“

“Very tasty boba and had a great chicken salad sandwich. Owner is very kind as well.

EDIT: It seems like the place has cloed down :( Sad as my girlfriend and I loved to come here for the boba, and the lady at the front was always so kind.“

“Ube Shave Ice and Uji Kintoki are worth the drive!“

“The owners are great and very friendly. It was my first time and they helped me order. They recommended the Ube/matcha iced boba. Perfection! I cam back another time and ordered the brown sugar iced boba, it was delicious! I definitely recommend this play. Great and comparable prices. God bless!“

“Wow the kumquat slushy was delicious. Especially on a hot summer day (-:“

“Best milk tea place in the SFV! Customer service is also excellent. I called ahead for our drinks and the person I spoke with over the phone was detailed in answering all my questions regarding ingredients and food allergens. The cashier was also excellent. Thank you The Ice Bar team! The Thai Milk Tea is delicious and it’s not too sweet. Coconut Milk Tea is also yummy and If you liked Bambu’s Coconut Milk Tea you will definitely love The Ice Bar’s Coconut Milk Tea. The Caramel Coconut Milk Tea has a unique taste. It’s definitely good. WOW for their Organic Sunset Dalgona Matcha as this drink is a must try. Happy to have found a milk tea, boba, coffee and yummy drink place that we can frequent and stick to.“

“Friendly service... good for everyone’s and good taste drink. Love boba time drinks“

“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SPOT.
It’s close by and everything is always fresh, no matter the time or day. The 🥐sandwiches are so delicious. The donuts are the best donuts I’ve had in years. I’m a foodie! I’ve tried so many spots but I’ve never been hooked like this little joint.
I’m absolutely obsessed the drink options they have! The coffee and TT is absolutely amazing, to die for. I’ll never stop coming here!! ❤️“

“i ordered a matcha latte, wasn’t expecting great results but my drink was like sweetened milk more than anything lol. you’d think it was like honey dew. not bad, but just might’ve been like 5% matcha and 95% milk. didn’t have their food so i can’t speak on it. just expected a better bang for my buck 😔“
