It's really hard to find freas brew bubble tea which is not pre-sweetened. ALL the teas here come unsweet and you can custom add your sweet level. They have whole milk as well as non dairy. BONUS is additional types of add ins that are also hard to find such as red beans, grassjelly, and coconut jelly. Reasonable price.

This is our new favorite Boba spot! The tea and boba are excellent. The staff is great. The service is fast. It is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great place for a date!
