Not the fastest service but worth the wait.
I am filing a complaint about a serious food handling and labeling issue. I ordered the Spicy Falafel Pocket because it is labeled vegan, but a staff member put chicken in it instead. I became sick to my stomach and threw up. This kind of mistake is unacceptable because customers depend on accurate food labeling for health, dietary, religious, and ethical reasons. You will catch me there daily, it is a great pace to meet with friends, get some work done, all with a very friendly staff led my Hannah.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide quick and efficient service. The staff have good energy and are amazing. The Baristas are friendly and the drinks come out very quickly. One staff member named Hannah is always in great spirits with welcoming energy and does not get an attitude if a customer requests a change or modification to an order. The location is convenient, especially for a quick pick me up while grocery shopping at the nearby Ralph's. The parking lot is huge but can get packed and busy. However, there was a serious complaint about a food handling and labeling issue. A customer ordered the Spicy Falafel Pocket because it is labeled vegan, but a staff member put chicken in it instead.
