Yum!!
I really like Jam Jam Tea Lab because their drinks are always creative and refreshing! This time, I stopped by their Burbank location to try the new peach series, and the Peach Yogurt Yakult was definitely my favorite. It was fruity, tangy, and so refreshing, especially if you already love yogurt drinks like I do! The Fresh Peach Slush was also really good and tasted fresh.

We visited this tea place while we were on family vacation and it did not disappoint. We got four different boba drinks and they all tasted amazing! They tasted fresh with just the right amount of sweetness. Please open a location closer to Fresno Jam Jam Tea Lab 😃 this is our new favorite boba spot! ❤

Jam Jam Tea Lab is a great spot with friendly staff and good drinks. The prices are great and the drinks taste amazing. They have a variety of drinks, including coconut mango pomelo, white peach milk tea, and grape jam. The service is generally fast and the ambiance is nice, although there are not many seats inside. The restaurant has comfortable seating, great lighting, and stable Wi-Fi, making it a good spot to work remotely. The staff is nice and the bathroom is clean. Jam Jam Tea Lab is conveniently located and has plenty of parking options.
