“1) Food: I ordered a regular sized strawberry banana smoothie. It tasted pretty good, the texture was just right, and the sweetness wasn't too much either. I would recommend it!
2) Service: You can order through a cashier or through the Ipads at the front. The Ipads only take card though. The person who took my order was professional, concise, and efficient.
3) Atmosphere: There is limited seating-only enough space for about several people. The establishment is clean overall, but the music is a bit too loud.

Parking: Parking on the street is a bit difficult. You should park in the public parking lot which is only a short walk away from the restaurant.“

This place is a great way to get my caffeine fix and be productive. The couple that runs this place is sweet and never kicks anyone out no matter how long you stay. Chips they sell are flavorful and keep you fuller for longer. I recommend the KIS Jasmine tea, gives you a nice kick comparable to a coffee. Very cute place and less pricy than Teaspoon down the street. My only complaint is that the milk teas can be watery at some times. I would also suggest there be a matcha item in the future for a tea that delivers more caffeine.“

“I love Pine & Crane! Seriously amazing Taiwanese food. The restaurant is stylish, modern and clean while the food is very authentic and completely delicious. My kids were surprised at how tasty everything was. Healthy too! We will def be back often!!!! I highly recommend a Lemon Jasmine Tea with 25% sweetness, honey for sweetener, and honey boba. I have also tried the limited Mango Chamoy frosty with Lychee jelly, which was delicious but strong.“

“I stopped here together to get my wife her Jasmin Milk Tea and my sister her Tiger Sugar Milk Tea. I been to this place before when they first open for a Yelp special. The lady working that day who I think is the owner was very nice. When I came today, she was still there and another worker. The customer service here is great and I didn't have any issues during my visit. I parked at the 10 minute parking in front of the place but be aware that the plaza this place is in will get busy after lunchtime. You can't go wrong coming here if it's early in the morning and their drinks here are good. They also have a bathroom in here for paying customers only and a lounge where you can hang out if you want.

“This was the first time ordering from this location and it is actually pretty good. I got the Thai tea with brown sugar boba with the Ube Bubble Waffle and it was soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. I can't wait to bring my boyfriend and mom here to try it out. The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness, it was not headache inducing, and it wasn't bitter. The boba was soft and chewy as well.“

“The Champion milk tea was solid, good tea flavor and rich milky texture. It reminded me of when I was at the Taipei location on a date with this really nice girl. She said she wanted something more creamy but that made me question her taste and so I went home.

“The best Tonkotsu ramen in the valley hands down. We are ramen lovers and live in Studio City, our favorite ramen places are quite far away, so we have been looking for closer alternatives. Burosu has been a pleasant surprise, with full-bodied broths, fresh pasta and well-prepared ingredients. “I love this place! I typically get their black tea with cheese foam at about 50% sweetness and love the slightly sweet and salty combination. Other days, I enjoy the Okinawa milk tea also at 50% sweetness and just love it. Nothing is more refreshing than a nice drink during the summer! My husband and I have found ourselves coming here about every other day to grab a quick milk tea from here and will continue to come for the friendly service and a Lowkey place to hangout and chat.“
