I don't know how I didn't know about this place sooner, it's right by my house! Boba is great! Food is okay. We got the spring rolls and bubble waffles. I would recommend putting mochi inside the bubble waffles, it would taste better. Or with some condensed milk on the side. Other than that, the bubble waffles really don't have much flavor. I like this little boba spot located in a small shopping center next to a Korean spa. I really like their peach hibiscus green tea and their Thai tea.They also have bubble waffles which is nice and fluffy and made hot to order.

This was the first time ordering from this location and it is actually pretty good. I got the Thai tea with brown sugar boba with the Ube Bubble Waffle and it was soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. I can't wait to bring my boyfriend and mom here to try it out. The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness, it was not headache inducing, and it wasn't bitter. The boba was soft and chewy as well.
