The menu was varied and we found something for everyone in our party, including the picky little guy. This was honestly some of the best ramen we've had anywhere (we were on vacation) and I have recommended it to others traveling to area. The service was super friendly as well.“

“I have been on the hunt for good/decent boba in Burbank. I think this place is it. They have tacos, croissant sandwiches, bowls, ice cream and boba drinks. The best part is that everyday from 5p-8p drinks are buy one get one half off. That is a deal!!I had the blended tiger milk tea and the blended Thai tea. Both were good. The tiger milk tea was creamy enough so I enjoyed that a lot. The Thai tea wasn't too bad either. I will be back to try their other drinks on the menu.“

“The menu is fairly large for a boba spot (a bunch of food options!), so I was hopeful when coming in. However, I only ordered drinks - the galaxy & the Cambodian red lime. Just a disclaimer - I think someone would like these drinks but it's not for me. That being said, I think these are well crafted & made. The galaxy was the better of the 2. To me, it tasted quite medicinal at first because it had an artificial cherry flavor but it mellows out once you keep drinking. The Cambodian red lime had nutmeg (or cinnamon?) in it which I wasn't expecting in a tea drink. It was good, just not for me. I think this place is pretty good if you're in the area! I like that they're taking risks & making flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Their flavors are quite niche but I know someone will definitely find their signature drink here. “The boba cup is pretty big, really good for $5 plus tax, the boba was a bit warm but so soft and chewy. Overall really good boba. My brother Got a matcha milk tea with boba literally the bomb babes . Also the inside is pretty chill, might get crowded during week days because of the near by school around school release time. It's usually dead when I go but I recommend their Almond milk tea if you like that almond nutty taste, very similar to Almond jello. So yummy that's all I get there.“

Their donuts are the only one I go to, something about it is different than the generic donut stores I go to get around here, it's so much more fluffier and just so freshly taste. “Me and the kid I babysit come here twice a week and we both love it! There are a couple things that are awesome like how it was a bathroom and has free water but some things that aren't so great are that a couple times they have gotten the strawberry banana smoothie wrong which is what the kid I baby sit gets. So then we have to ask them to fix it which they do but still it's kind of annoying. The staff are okay, there are a couple people who are really nice there though. Most of the time they make your item quickly. It is somewhat clean, they do a better job at cleaning here then at any other It's boba time but for a public place they could do a little bit better. “I don't typically come to this location, but was in the area. It was a Saturday night around 8pm. We were greeted immediately upon entering, which was nice as I do not recall being greeted like that in other Ding Tea locations.Food:- Placed our order and it wasn't too long until we were able to get our order. I had the green tea Yakult and I enjoyed it. My partner doesn't like the taste of Yakult, but thought the drink was pretty good. So that should say a lot! She ordered the peach green tea, less sweet and it's best she's had in all the Ding Tea locations we've visited.Ambiance:- I liked all the Halloween decorations in the store. There are two tables and side tables for seating, so I can imagine coming here to study and do some work. They do have some board games for those who come in groups and hang around.There is only street parking from what I can tell, but coming here late at night I didn't have any issue finding parking. There are a lot of shops and restaurants on this Main Street, so I can imagine it may be difficult to find parking during peak hours.“

They open at 4 AM and close at 8 PM, everyone had something different, and we all agreed, that donut Donut Den has the best donuts that you have ever eaten in your life! “Not a bad place for drinks, I got the Kyoto Uji Matcha Brown Sugar Pearl Latte which was not bad, but it felt like it lacked a lotta flavor or richness to be honest. It just felt like something was missing and ironically wasn't sweet enough. The boba itself was really good though and I'm surprised that I actually ate all the boba because I usually don't! Hard to comment on service since they use kiosks, but our drinks came out promptly.I got the Kyoto juice matcha since it seemed like one of the popular go-to options here, but overall it was kinda underwhelming. To be fair, I imagine that their fruitier drinks might be better since it's in the name, and since there are many more options to choose from drink-wise, I can't give a hard precise rating just from one experience and one item but a 4/5 for now until I come back! “It was quite a busy day when I walked into this place. There was a long line of customers, an order or two were waiting, and one of the people spilt their drink on the floor. A passing glance at the other side of the counter would show you why there was notable traffic. There would be another person helping her out, but there was mainly only one worker holding the front. I don't know her name, but she had a rose parade and stormtrooper pins on her apron - Gravity Falls too. She helped clean the spill for the customer before disappearing into the back to assist her manager. She rushed back to the front immediately to get drinks finished for the others before taking 3 more orders. All of this happened in the span of less than 5 minutes. A worker like that should not be taken for granted nor should she go unrewarded. She looked tired. Just one more thing: thanks for the sunset strawberry lemonade“
“I tried the matcha Thai tea with boba, which seems to be a newer item on the menu, and it was really good! This place also has non-dairy milk that you can get with your drink which I appreciated. My drink was really good and I would totally get it again. It wasn't too sweet, but just the right balance to highlight the Matcha, the Thai tea and the boba. When I got there, there was definitely a long line ahead of me. A group of 12 people literally walked in right in front of me. I still only had to wait like 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, which was impressive, considering how many drinks are in front of me. They definitely have a large menu with a lot of different tea, flavors and combinations you can get for bubble tea. They also have slushies and even popcorn chicken, and some other food items. I've had a lot of classic drinks from here and do appreciate that they have a menu with the sellers or seasonal items that can help you pick if you don't know what you want or want to try something new. There is a couple of tables for indoor seating. The store does get pretty cramped when there is a long line of people. Most people will just stand off to the side and wait for their drink so when it's busy, that is the main reason why it gets pretty cramped. Otherwise, you could wait outside, but there aren't really tables outside so most people tend to take their drinks to go. The service is friendly and kind. Definitely seems to be a popular place for people to come and get boba!“

Mikki (forgive the spelling as I’m not sure if this is correct) is always super helpful, friendly and provides amazing service. I’m often in a hurry and usually just pop in to pick up a to-go order. On occasion I’ve forgotten to add certain notes or specifications but she remembers and administers them for me.
