It’s clean, friendly, fast service
Good boba tea. Quick service. They have bathrooms for customers. The parking can be a little tight, and the neighborhood is full of some very LA characters.... that's Hollywood!

It's Boba Time is a favorite spot for refreshing drinks, with the watermelon and Thai tea being standouts. The House milk tea, Pistachio Matcha milk tea, and Tiger milk tea are popular choices. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Customers are addicted to the Jasmine Boba and highly recommend the Taro Smoothie and Thai tea smoothie with extra Thai tea mix and sweetener, with egg pudding and boba. The açaí bowls are a stellar 5-star choice, often generously filled with ice cold açaí, fresh fruit, and peanut butter. The unicorn rainbow crepe cake slice is amazing. The overall location could use work on appearance and ambience, but the service is always great and so is the Boba. There are always spots on Cherokee south of sunset Blvd if the lot is full.
