“I ordered the 22 TW Champion Milk Tea with brown sugar boba, and I absolutely loved it!
Using red oolong instead of the usual black tea gives the drink a unique depth of flavor that’s smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet. The brown sugar boba had the perfect chewy texture and paired beautifully with the tea.
Overall, it’s a fantastic drink in a great location, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu.“

“We had time to kill so we stopped here for a couple of boba tea drinks. It wasn’t crowded so we got our drinks and found a table. Many customers ordered “to-go” drinks so we didn’t feel pressured to vacate our seats. There are street parking (metered) nearby. I would definitely return to this tea joint next time I am in the area.“

“I love Sunny Blue. It’s perfect for a quick bite—grab one onigiri as a snack or a few for a full meal. I’ve tried most of the menu, and my go-tos are the Miso Beef, Chicken Curry, and Spicy Salmon, but you really can’t go wrong.
There’s no seating—order at the counter and take it to go. I usually walk a block or two to the beach park and eat there, which makes it even better. It’s great for kids, reasonably priced, and surprisingly filling for the quality.
The owner is a gem, the staff is always kind, and service is quick even when there’s a line. A true Santa Monica staple and absolutely worth trying.“
