“Randomly went here on a Sunday, and I was very pleasantly surprised!

It was a little crowded, but the team moved pretty quickly. You order at the kiosk and I waited only about 10 minutes. Not bad.

I got a brown sugar, Vietnamese coffee. I think that’s what it was called… It was very rich and flavor and fairly priced too!! Will definitely come back to try more.“

I met the owners wife who was so nice and personable, offered to remake my drink because it was too sweet. I can tell they put a lot of care into their business — as for drinks they run very sweet and 25-35% was personally perfect for me! Such a sweet shop and I’d recommend. “I love coming here each visit I make. The teas they use is of much better quality than other Boba locations. And their prices are proportional to what you get. A large in any boba Utah shop is Tea Station’s regular size, and mostly made of ice and sugar. You can’t taste any tea. “Straw & Spoon on Artesia is a great spot to meet up with friends for boba or açaí in Redondo Beach. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with two swing chairs inside and Edison bulb string lights & blue sails over the tables outside. It was very clean, and the staff were super friendly. You can either order from a screen or directly with the cashier, which I recommend if it’s your first time or if you have questions. They have a restroom for customers, and there is also free parking in the connected lot, and I appreciate that convenience.

I asked if they have any drinks without syrups/sugar, and they recommended their iced tea. I went with the Four Season Iced Green Tea with no sugar & regular ice, and since it is a boba spot I added the Lychee Coconut Jellies. The jellies went perfectly with the iced green tea, and it was a balanced and refreshing beverage, with hints of rose and a delightful lychee flavor and even a similar lychee texture. I also enjoyed the quality of their plastic cups and selection of large colorful straws - you get to select your favorite color.

They let us eat our sushi from Yanagi Kitchen in the plaza along with our boba drinks, and it was a perfect combo. I will definitely be back!“
