“Stopped by because they were on the SGV passport and got a watermelon drink and milk tea. Unfortunately no regular boba at opening, but they did have the crystal boba as substitute. I really liked the watermelon one as it was quite refreshing on a hot day and even had some fresh mint in it. The milk tea was enjoyable too. “With plenty of bakeries around SGV, I had to try Oh My Pan as I've heard some good qualities about their shop. Parking here is small to moderate as it's shared with other shops. Pretty small lot but there's underground as well, could be a bit compact but street parking is also accessible.

At first glance, this is a pretty sizeable bakery. A decent amount of tables as well since it's a cafe combo. Cakes, bread, drinks are all accessible and the drinks are fairly good for the cheaper price compared to the standard boba shops.

Breads here are restocked fairly often and from the baskets, there's plenty of unique options of breads that aren't seen in other bakeries. One that caught my eye was the boba bread and the matcha swirl bread. Both are fairly delicious but I would say it's a acquired taste. Definitely a try it once type of bread and have a verdict afterwards.

My partner and ordered a couple of the breads to try which include the signature pineapple breads, matcha, sausages, and some sweeter bread as well. All were pretty soft, fresh, and cheaper compared to other bakeries. We also ordered two drinks, the Orchid Milk Tea & the Light Oolong Milk Tea.
Both were pretty refreshing but nothing over the top as it's cheaper than the usual shops.

Overall, a nice spacious bakery/cafe combo that's good for doing some work, a small bite, or drinks for affordable price. They also have cakes so that's definitely an option whenever I have a birthday to consider.“

“Was heading past the Fashion district when my girlfriend wanted Boba, I asked her where she wanted to go, and she said that Yamisha right here is like a gem hidden in the rough.

Interested, I went in and was greeted by Yi Feng. I saw they had Horchata Milk Tea which isn't seen in a lot of boba shops, so I tried that out. It was nice and refreshing with 50% sweet. Will be coming back whenever I am in the area again!“

“Located inside LAX-C's plaza is ChaTraMue. It's the quintessential Thai tea joint from Thailand. It was established in 1945 and has been trusted for over 80 years.

They have a variety drinks, but they're famous for the very popular Thai iced tea. I opted for the Thai Tea Slushee, my wife the Original Thai Tea and my daughter the Sala Milk.

For the Thai tea, we opted for 70% sweetness and it was still very sweet. We'll have to try the next one down which is 30% next time we're in the area. The Original Thai Tea would've been perfect if it wasn't so sweet and same goes for the slushee. I felt that if it was less sweet, it would be perfect. Ill have to ask if I can bring down the sweetness of the slushee the next time I'm there. As for the Sala Milk, it was a hard no for everyone. I've never had this before - even in Thailand. Unfortunately, my daughter took a sip and was done with it.

Definitely will come back to try other flavors and adjust the sweetness levels of our drinks. Don't forget to grab yourself some tins of tea to take home and make in the comfort of your home!“

Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a medium sized parking lot, so finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a couple tables and chairs. Seating is very limited. There’s cute wall decor and backgrounds for photos.

Service: We placed our orders at the kiosk. Throughput was quick & efficient after ordering. The two workers we encountered were courteous.

Drinks: I got the Matcha Brûlée, and my friend got the House Coffee with sea salt foam. The matcha brûlée came with brown sugar boba. I couldn’t taste the matcha bc the brown sugar was very overpowering. The boba texture was good. The brûlée swirls were very faint. Overall, the flavors could use some improvements. The house coffee was thick and creamy. The sea salt foam was okay; could be thicker with a bit more salt.

Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays. I’d visit again bc their milk teas are good, but I wouldn’t get the Matcha Brûlée again.“

“This is such a great drink/dessert spot! The drinks here are unique and have great flavors with real fruit, taro, yucca, or special seasonal fruit. We loved the papaya coconut slushy with jelly and fresh papaya. The Dubai cracking chocolate with the pistachio slush is so fun to crack and a perfect sweet treat. The mango pomelo sago was fruity and creamy and taro mochi milk tea had good tea flavor. The homemade mashed taro and taro balls and popcorn chicken remind of Taiwan. They have plenty of seating and character friends too!“

I ordered through the Hungry Panda app since they had a coupon that made it cheaper or else it would be kind of pricey. I ordered the Cheesy Mango Smoothie with less sweet. They have a small storefront with only two or three tables so it's more of a grab and go boba store.

The drink was ready in around 5 minutes and it was super easy to pick up. I really liked the drink. The blended mango smoothie tasted very fresh and not artificial. And the taste of mango and cheese foam goes so well together. I can see why cheese foam is so popular with fruit smoothies.

“The uncaffeinated toasted grain milk tea was phenomenal. Roasted flavor that’s not too deep and pairs well with nunumochi.

I was a bit shocked that the mochi wasn’t solid gel-like but the manager kindly explained that they don’t use preservatives so it’s more of a hybrid between liquid and gel. Whatever it is, I love it. I forgot to mix it so it got a bit sweet towards the end, but will definitely order this again and mix next time!“

“El Monte doesn’t have too many good boba spots, but Ono Tea House is a decent option. Prices here are a little lower than most places, which is nice.

The tea itself is just okay — not super strong — and the drinks can lean on the sweeter side. I usually order mine with 1/4 sugar since I don’t like them too sweet.

Overall, it’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for, but if you’re in El Monte and really craving boba, it does the job.“

“Recommended by my partner during our date on a hot day, this boba shop is located in the back of a plaza in SGV, although a moderate size parking lot, it can fill out pretty quickly. The shop is small with no tables, only benches inside & outside, it could get pretty cramped in the shop since it was pretty busy when we arrived.

It's always nice to have a boba shop that has kiosk ordering & ordering via register. They have plentiful of menu options including specialties in oolong teas. Cups are a huge factor for me when reviewing drink shops and Chun Yang Tea is definitely on the higher quality side of cups. They're sturdy, cute design, and no spills.

My partner and I waited about 15 minutes for our drink during peak hours which is pretty quick. Highly recommend to order online ahead of time to skip waiting times.“

“Apparently This is the SPOT for Thai tea. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Service was amazing and I got their large green Thai tea and added jiggly soft grass jelly to it. New butterfly pea milk tea which comes with basil seeds and added some silky pudding to it. And refreshing Thai tea slush that came with some creamy cheese foam. All the drinks were perfectly sweet, warmly spiced, and pretty much just tasted like your good old classic Thai teas. Overall this place was lowkey pretty good.

The staff was quick with making my drink. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten tea here but honestly a great place if you just want a quick sweet treat. I got a mango green tea 75% sweet with reg ice and rainbow jelly, could have done 50% but loved the drink. Usually hate when I can’t taste the tea for flavored teas but it was perfect today.“

This place looks super fun. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They have claw machines, a Photo Booth, a grandma jacket my grandma liked, cool daily deals, and plenty of drinks and snacks. I got their pistachio and mango milk teas, loaded cream carbonara buldak, and Dubai chocolate strawberries to try. While I was waiting for my food me and my grandma had a bunch of fun taking some photos in the Photo Booth. I got the pistachio milk tea with some jiggly soft egg pudding and the milk tea had good sweet, nutty, vanillay, pistachio flaves with lots of actual pistachio bits blended in. Would’ve actually preferred if there weren’t any bits. The mango milk tea was really good and had mango purée, was perfectly sweet, milky, smooth and fruity. I added gooey hot Cheetos corn cheese and flavorful salty soy garlic popcorn chicken nuggets to the buldak to make it loaded and it had perfectly springy noodles, was a bit spicy and oily, and had plenty of salty savory cheesey flaves with sweet pops of corn. The popcorn chicken and hot Cheetos did kinda soggy too tho. The Dubai choco strawberrries MNM. Rich, thick, creamy, sweet, smooth, nutty Nutella and pistachio butter with crispity crunchy kataifi all cut by fresh, tart, sweet strawberries. Perfectly balanced, refreshing and pure deliciousity. Overall this place is a great fun friend hangout spot and is lowkey pretty good.
