“About a year ago, my daughter wanted to try boba for the first time. This location was close to where we were running errands, so we tried it just out of convenience, and I'm glad we did. I wasn't a fan of boba, so I wasn't much help in helping her pick a drink. The team at the location realized my daughter needed help, and they were extremely gracious in their efforts. They made suggestions based on flavors, appearance, and textures, and they really cared to help her find something she would like. My daughter loved her drink and has become quite the boba fan because of them. I even ended up trying a drink and realizing I just wasn't a fan of the traditional Tapioca boba (although it's grown on me). My only complaint is that now my daughter always wants boba. Thank you all for the great experience and the daddy, daughter memory. As a matter of fact, maybe our family will come visit you today for Father's Day!As a note, my family was just discussing having boba today. I looked up this location and saw a negative review that had been left by someone who had VERY much the opposite of my experience. “Very cute shop with pleasant ambiance and a lot of seating. The staff was super helpful going over the menu items. A highlight for me was the mini taiyaki filled with vanilla cream (served piping hot). The boba pearls were fresh and chewy too.“

“Ok, this is now my favorite boba tea place. The Ube Coconut milk is insanely good, even at 30% sugar level. They did not have purple rice so I substituted agar, which is so good. I also got an order of unsweetened jasmine tea and double agar. The price is right and the taste is to beat.

“Best Honey Green tea in all Southern CA. Actually, better than the ones in Taiwan. They spare no cost in using only the best quality tea and ingredients. Once you tried theirs, you can’t go to other places anymore. Many of their bread like the red bean bun is a must try and the birthday cakes are always freshly made daily and not too sweet. They also have full sheet part tray fruit cake that are cut into 96 slices, best for large parties or events. Highly underrated and a hidden gem!“

“Love all the bopomofo cafes, I have to go every time I visit SoCal and every friend / family member Ive brought loves it, they use the freshest ingredients and have cool seasonal items like a scallion pancake wrapped chicken supreme wrap, guava matcha. The tea itself is just okay — not super strong — and the drinks can lean on the sweeter side. I usually order mine with 1/4 sugar since I don’t like them too sweet.

Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a medium sized parking lot, so finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a couple tables and chairs. Seating is very limited. There’s cute wall decor and backgrounds for photos.

Service: We placed our orders at the kiosk. Throughput was quick & efficient after ordering. The two workers we encountered were courteous.

Drinks: I got the Matcha Brûlée, and my friend got the House Coffee with sea salt foam. The matcha brûlée came with brown sugar boba. I couldn’t taste the matcha bc the brown sugar was very overpowering. The boba texture was good. The brûlée swirls were very faint. Overall, the flavors could use some improvements. The house coffee was thick and creamy. The sea salt foam was okay; could be thicker with a bit more salt.

Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays. I’d visit again bc their milk teas are good, but I wouldn’t get the Matcha Brûlée again.“

“Recommended to us by a local restaurant owner, we took a drive over to try them out. They have an amazing fresh fruit selection (including persimmon, which I hadn’t seen before) like strawberry and watermelon (which is one of my favorites).

We like them so much we’ve made the 20 minute drive several times already during our short stay. The drinks seem to run a little sweet so I make the less sugar option. They seem to automatically add a jelly to the drink (at least the several we’ve ordered).

Additionally, offering customers the option to customize the sweetness level would be a welcome improvement. While there is potential, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings. The frosty had an icy, rich, deeply chocolatey base with a creamy, tangy, cheesey strawberry foam. Legit a desert drink. My fave was definitely the strawberry Hokkaido milk tea tho. Very floral, milky, and sweet, with plenty of jiggly strawberry jellies. Overall these were lowkey pretty good.

Thai tea, Thai-chata, strawberry vortex, pineapple escape, milky way taro, polar pomegranate are just a few that I've tried and would recommend but everything including food is so good.
