witnessed a customer harassing the workers here because the customer made an error but didn't want to admit to it. the manager handled it with perfection and grace--by offering her a discount. the customer service i received was exceptional for a busy monday night. i made sure to get the name of the manager and worker--- Anete and jocelyn, they were extremely accommodating and made one of the best drinks i had. will definitely come here again.
Like that there is a fast boba shop in Downey area. It was hot this summer and why not get some tea drinks to go. So the place is right next to McDonalds so got to make sure you make a quick turn or you will have to loop around the street neighborhood. Space is small but they got the front street entrance which isn't hard to miss. I ordered three drinks and the hostess was really helpful and jovial. We laugh at the name of "sun of a peach" which is a great drink if you do order...read full review
