Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

“Randomly found this gem while looking for after school snacks. What a find!!! They have a tropical smoothie thats actually a halo halo smoothie! The owner and cashier were also super friendly. I know where to get my halo halo fix in the area.“

“Surprisingly spacious inside! They do have a rear lot, but street parking is probably your best bet. It’s definitely more of a social hangout than a quiet study spot, but the layout works well. “In a popular plaza with various well known shops, 7 Miles Tea Lab is in the pack of it. Free parking is always nice here, with a cute interior, 7 Miles has one of the cutest cup designs I've seen so far. There's a self order kiosk which is very nice to speed up the ordering process.

Love that they have plentiful of variety and some creative drinks as well that's rare to find in other boba shops.

Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea
As expected, osmanthus is over the top on this drink which is great for a refreshing drink. I added Agar boba which adds to the taste but it's not needed. Overall a great drink, very well made and not too sweet with 50% sugar adjustment.

Cookie Milk Tea
My wife ordered this drink and this was a pretty standout drink. The cookie crumbs is a nice touch to it. Each sip had some of the crumbs which added to the experience. Not very sweet as well, a nice simple drink similar to Oreo milk tea.

Overall, a very nice boba shop with cute design, cute cups, and decent drinks. Love the cute + simplicity combo, definitely checking this spot out whenever in the area again.“

“Ever since this Tea Spots (Azusa/Amar) opened my 2 daughters and I have been enjoying everything this establishment has to offer. I would suggest that most people if not all should try one time n u 2 would be hooked too. Their Milk Tea with black boba / fresh fruit smoothies, ices with fruit and can’t forget their delicious menu. They have healthy food and fried food like baked sweet potatoes fries and dinner plates also ramen bowls. They have 5$ 7$ n 9$ individual plates that are delicious. “With plenty of bakeries around SGV, I had to try Oh My Pan as I've heard some good qualities about their shop. Parking here is small to moderate as it's shared with other shops. Pretty small lot but there's underground as well, could be a bit compact but street parking is also accessible.

At first glance, this is a pretty sizeable bakery. A decent amount of tables as well since it's a cafe combo. Cakes, bread, drinks are all accessible and the drinks are fairly good for the cheaper price compared to the standard boba shops.

Breads here are restocked fairly often and from the baskets, there's plenty of unique options of breads that aren't seen in other bakeries. One that caught my eye was the boba bread and the matcha swirl bread. Both are fairly delicious but I would say it's a acquired taste. Definitely a try it once type of bread and have a verdict afterwards.

My partner and ordered a couple of the breads to try which include the signature pineapple breads, matcha, sausages, and some sweeter bread as well. All were pretty soft, fresh, and cheaper compared to other bakeries. We also ordered two drinks, the Orchid Milk Tea & the Light Oolong Milk Tea.
Both were pretty refreshing but nothing over the top as it's cheaper than the usual shops.

Overall, a nice spacious bakery/cafe combo that's good for doing some work, a small bite, or drinks for affordable price. They also have cakes so that's definitely an option whenever I have a birthday to consider.“

Great wifing/study or working on laptop cafe during the day! 3 Wide Tables with outlet/plug access nearby. 1 restroom, key needed. Staff is nice. AC is not working as well when we visited, they had a fan. Most ppl seem to grab takeout on a Saturday noon to late afternoon.

I’m still making my way through their menu but there hasn’t been anything I’ve ordered that I didn’t wish I ordered a large of. Their team is exceptional, especially during COVID. This fairly new boba spot is located in West Covina, right on the corner of Glendora Ave and E Service Ave. I believe it opened around two years ago, so it still feels pretty fresh and new to the area.

Parking was pretty convenient. There is street parking available, and there is also a small parking lot in the back for the building’s tenants.

🏠 Interior / Atmosphere
The shop itself looks bright, clean, and inviting. It has big shop signs, sofas, and a few cute spots where you can take pictures. From what I heard, they also host K-pop gatherings from time to time, which gives the place a fun and unique vibe.

The staff were friendly, interactive, and easy to talk to. They answered my questions with helpful information and made the experience feel welcoming.

I ordered the Guanyin milk tea, which was recommended to me after I mentioned that I prefer a stronger tea flavor. It was a good recommendation, and I enjoyed that the tea taste came through well. Even though I ordered 100% sugar, the drink did not taste overly sweet, which I appreciated.

We loved the papaya coconut slushy with jelly and fresh papaya. The Dubai cracking chocolate with the pistachio slush is so fun to crack and a perfect sweet treat. The mango pomelo sago was fruity and creamy and taro mochi milk tea had good tea flavor. The homemade mashed taro and taro balls and popcorn chicken remind of Taiwan. “Heard good things about their drinks so finally tried it while I was in the area. I ordered through the Hungry Panda app since they had a coupon that made it cheaper or else it would be kind of pricey. I ordered the Cheesy Mango Smoothie with less sweet. They have a small storefront with only two or three tables so it's more of a grab and go boba store.

The drink was ready in around 5 minutes and it was super easy to pick up. I really liked the drink. The blended mango smoothie tasted very fresh and not artificial. And the taste of mango and cheese foam goes so well together. I can see why cheese foam is so popular with fruit smoothies.
