Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was promptly greeted and helped. The staff that helped me was wearing diamond studs/earrings didn't quite catch their name. The place is well lit and bright my only complaint is that because I came in the late evening the air conditioning was on and it was already chilly outside. They have the Golden Phoenix Milk Tea that no other Boba Time chains have and it's incredibly delicious. Has a nice, balanced, smooth sweetness to it that the hubby and I are addicted to. We get it at least once a week. Service is always efficient which is very much appreciated. Always seems clean, bright, and kept in this store. Tried for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the value and taste. The passion fruit jasmine tea was flavorful and refreshing. Prices were reasonable and the self ordering was easy and fast. The team was fast and friendly.
