“The food is amazing, but staff can be rude at times. I went here to eat while carrying some grocery bags and they were very judgemental. Nothing rude was said, but staff gave judgemental looks and clearly wanted me out of there as quickly as possible. This did mean I got my food and check quicker than any restaurant I've been too before. I don't know if it's some sort of taboo to bring groceries into a restaurant, but it was only a couple bags and I don't have a car so I couldn't put them anywhere.“

“Everything we ordered was very good, we had fried shrimp,egg rolls, pork egg foo young, cashew chicken & chicken lo mein hot tea and lemonade , the service is very friendly and attentive, we were greeted by everyone that seated & served us. Its in a strip mall in La Habra on 1 ave. & Leffingwell rd. Since 1972 so if you are craving some good American chinese food this is your place, stop by and give it a try.“

“Was craving Xiao Long Bao (pork soup dumplings) made famous by Din Tai Fung without having to go to busy-ass DTF so I tried this small local Dumpling Queen restaurant and it’s now my new local favorite chinese restaurant!

The soup dumplings rival DTF and are a little bigger. The sauce tray had an amazing sauce that I tried with the XLB and it worked well. I ended up pouring it in my chicken fried rice and string beans. Tempted to drink it straight oughta the container.

I traditionally use the spicy chili oil which I still used. But the sweeter sauce was new to me so I used a 1/4 of the container (sorry DQ). Sooo good.

The chicken fried rice and string beans were also fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. Served in expensive-looking bowls set in a super clean restaurant with attentive service, I’ll definitely come back here for my XLB / chinese food cravings.

Large servings so I have leftovers for at least two more meals. But no XLB was left behind. I could win a XLB-eating contest so 10 was an appetizer!

It was a little pricey so you’re still paying DTF-ish prices but the fresh quality (you can watch the ladies assembling dumplings in the windowand hear the woks in action behind the kitchen) make it worth it.“

“I am really impressed with this visit for this location! Customer service above and beyond! Everyone greeted the customers, although we had to wait for teriyaki chicken, when it was ready they brought it to us! The team that was there tonight definitely worked as a team to get the lone down as quick as possible. The food was so fresh and so flavorful. They didnt skimp out on servings like some pandas do. Some pandas are hit or miss and this is Def a hit here. I will Def be back to support this location. Keep up the great service and quality of food here!“
