Compared to a few years ago, a few of the menu classics from Kawasanja are still there!And then the surprise is that there are a lot of new dishes too!

Mountain House Rowland Heights川山甲 is a hidden gem tucked away in a cul de sac shopping center, offering a calming and zen-like atmosphere. The food presentation is everything, and the authentic Szechuan dishes are not seen everywhere. Specific meals enjoyed include the rabbit, Szechuan noodles, dumplings, Pepper Rabbit, La-Zi Chicken, Sweet Drunken Jelly, Swing Pork Belly, County Braised Pork, Grilled Beef Ribs, Dumplings in Chili Oil, Chinese Long Beans with Eggplant, Water Spinach, and the Incredible Fried Rice with Beef. The Sweet Drunken Jelly and Honey Pear Chrysanthemum Tea were the perfect ending. Service was outstanding, with servers Sunny, Serene, Fengyu, and Yifeng described as attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and fantastic. They elevated the dining experience with great humor and helped adjust orders to preferences. The atmosphere is really cool, and the food is delicious with generous portions.
