We call a foreign cuisine authentic as long as it’s not heavily localized. And certainly this place is beyond authentic: it’s Szechuan food and atmosphere are both exactly what you can expect from restaurants in China.
Super famous Sichuan restaurant! Although I had to queue for half an hour when I went there, it tasted so delicious and it was really worth it! Several of us ordered the recommended boiled beef and Lao Ma's hoof flower soup. The food was very fresh and tasted very authentic! The service staff will take the initiative to help serve the soup and are very enthusiastic! Will come again!
