Shunde Hotpot is a gem and a legit Cantonese hot pot space in the LA area. The food is beyond extraordinary with incredibly fresh ingredients, especially the beef, seafood, and chicken. The broth is light yet full of flavor, letting the ingredients shine. Highlights include the iconic porridge base, the big beef combo with Cantonese style of beef cut, the handmade meat paste, fish slices, and the chicken mix dish. Portion sizes are great. The staff is very friendly and offers service in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. It is a highly recommended spot for a pleasant dining experience.
