Giving this location 2 stars because normally everyone here is super nice and are quick to help you out. However there was one employee in particular that gave me a hard time while I tried to order a venti pink drink, just because he recognized my voice. Customer service was decent. The lady at the register was nice and helpful, I received my drink but was missing the cookie crumbles in it. I do understand that they were busy, so the time I received my drink was fair. The restroom was dirty and unsanitary. Overall, I would not come back to this location.
Shout out to Ms. D-Nice (yes, that's what her name tag said). She has the patience of an angel when it comes to dealing with rude customers. Went in to go pick up my mobile order and was trying to get to the tip jar (tip your baristas everyone) and some ugly was ordering $109 worth of drinks and had the worst attitude.
